The lack of effort on the text is pissing me off. Here's how to do it for you morons so you can't make excuses other than you have no value in life. :colbert:
Make the font as big as you can, then scale it down.

The perspective tool will allow you to get it on the angle you need.

Move the layer to align it.

Duplicate layers. The bottom one will be the maroon shadow.

Use the burn tool on the bottom layer (You don't have to make the background transparent. It's just for the example).
Do this as many times as you would like to get a color you prefer.
I was in a rush, so, I decided to do a somewhat light color.
