I'm not gonna lie, I agree with you on most of that, and that was me a year or two ago. Never smoked, did weed, drank. Because I was raised knowing that was wrong etc. But unlike you, I gave in, I said w/e I'm tired of being the most mature person in my group or even in most my school. Since then I've smoked weed and drank like no tomorrow really. And you know what, I do enjoy acting unmature. It's funny though, people were all like last time "Your to uptight/mature", now I'm to unmature? :P. You just gotta get the right balance bro.
Holy balls, this thread was posted at the start of the year and people are still bitching? You guys know how to party.
we need smartness ratings for this OP would have so much more irony
You do realize that the brain is nothing more than a collection of synapses firing off in response to external data, right? Going by that line of thought, you have no thought, there is no such thing as emotion, and you are not intelligent, you just have a more resource-intensive synapse-bundle.
Just keep telling yourself that, theres alot of people who have no friends just like you :)
Hobo, love is a chemical. Scientists already know what chemical causes the feeling of love.
which one
The love one.
OP is an ignorant twat. That is all.
OP is a transparent clone to me. I feel as if today's youth are completely reliant on the media and the "rules" that society makes to be somewhere considered normal. Most people near my age (18) that I come across seem to be stubborn, single-minded walking stereotypes of what it's like to be an American teenager, They all wear the same things depending on their pathetic plastic cliques. The word I'm using, "they", is what I use to call the generalized population of our youth. They is what I would call you if we ever cross paths. We are losing our instincts of what it's like to be human, We are following everyone else's misguided paths because we expect people will respect us more for not being different. The unfortunate thing is that anyone remotely close to being different will be shunned and forgotten by everyone else. If you're a nerd, black, gay, crippled, goth, fat, short, tall, or pretty much everything that's different from the others you hang around, then you will inevitably be considered: faggot, retarded, wierd, nigger, or some other derogatory insult related to the majorities selfish minds. Within the past 100 years, we have changed both physically and mentally more than we have within the previous 5000 years of recorded history. Our technologies and large media companies will keep selling you your culture until you eventually rot in the ground as a forgotten piece of carbon-based molecules. Everyone I view around me seems oblivious to the world around them, they seem oblivious that there's people on the other side of the world with similar goals, they seem oblivious that there's other cultures, they seem oblivious to how insanely large our universe is. We, as humans, don't have common sense. You guys will fight against OP or you can fight against me, but you will always remain one of them, one of the other billions of pointless whiffs living on this tiny blue pixel we call home. You are nothing more than an accidental pinprick of atoms. Everyone you ever known is just the offspring of an accident spanning billions of years ago. Life has no meaning, because life as we know it was originally a coincidence. [sp]No I am not /wrist or whatever. I'm trying to brighten and expand your minds with the blatant truth.[/sp]
You're a kid yourself, note: Youtube is a great way to find out about someone I also noticed you are addicted to facepunch trends, smugdog and the fucking frog.

Be dumb, then everyone will like you. LIKE ME :v:
are you a troll
No, I am human.
No, I am human.
He's a troll.
:what: How'd you even get a girlfriend with that attitude?
His girlfriend is a fat, ugly twilighter/avatard.
His girlfriend is a fat, ugly twilighter/avatard.
And if you say anything about her, he'll punch you. UNLESS, OF COURSE, YOU'RE ON THE INTERNET
The love one.
The feeling of love is a chemical, what specific external stimulation causes this feeling varies with people, and so it is impossible to explain. The brain is a mystery. Diff Topic on the thread: In my opinion, intelligence is rationality and common sense. If you can look at two sides of an argument and choose a side after some thought, you are rational. Common sense, well that's a given.
OP, love is as "real" as anything else. Everything you've ever experienced is the result of chemicals in your brain. Having to dumb yourself down for people is the result of the outward style of Western culture, as opposed to the inward-looking Chinese, who generally are far more intelligent. Your only choices here are to keep living the way you do now, or do what you want to do with your life. My definition of being smart isn't doing well in school or choosing not to drink, it's seeking or achieving a higher state of consciousness. Sadly, intellect is the least common quality you'll find in Western society.
OP is a transparent clone to me. Remember that there are people who think like you, you just have to find them. By the way, all free thinkers should look up Terence Mckenna on Youtube.
OP, I think you are extremely immature to think this way, not "too mature" like you think you are... I think you need to get some perspective on how you really fit into the big picture, because you need to realize that you don't really matter as much as you think you do... Also if you're a troll, GOOD FUCKING JOB MATE! A++
Just keep telling yourself that, theres alot of people who have no friends just like you :)
Psst. Sarcasm for the win.
Just to clarify, I don't talk down to anyone either. I treat everyone the same, as I said, I keep most of these feelings inside me (there's a difference in being straight forward, and pouring your life story on everyone you meet).
I do wonder what these ''feelings inside you'' really mean. :smug:
I do wonder what these ''feelings inside you'' really mean. :smug:
Probably just normal emotions.
Like self hatred and despair.
This thread showed me my way! Well I'm now off to go wherever my feet take me.
LOL this thread again.
This thread showed me my way! Well I'm now off to go wherever my feet take me.
So you're just gonna walk the earth? Y'know, meet people... get into adventures. Like Caine from "Kung Fu."
This is now what it comes to. You've learned how to think outside the box, but your angsty teen self is still dragging you back in. Now figure out how not look like an asshole. Nobody needed to know that you are a step above the rest, you could have kept your thoughts to yourself. Speak through your actions. And when you do have something to say, say it when it is appropriate, not when you think you have something to prove or you have the urge to be understood like you did in this thread. Many great philosophical minds of the past have had great social lives. As for talking with people, you can use bigger words if you feel more comfortable speaking that way. Don't use them to boast and make yourself look smarter, if you're doing that, you're no better than the person you're talking to. If they get offended by you using a larger diction, they are just insecure about their own intelligence. None the less, use smaller words.
Also if you're a troll, GOOD FUCKING JOB MATE! A++
If that were the case, I would find this man and shag him. This would be the most elaborate troll I've ever witnessed.
Being an arrogant twat: how it alienates me.
Being an arrogant twat: how it alienates me.
I think we have deduced this.
Yeah I came in 15 pages too late. Damn time zones :argh:
Last tip of the day. Indulge in being stupid once in a while, otherwise, you go insane. Bill Gates said that his favorite thing to do was to screw around with heavy machinery at construction sites. Some of his close friends at Microsoft called him a "perpetual teenager" None the less, this thread interests me. I enjoy the thoughts of free-thinkers. While whoever OP is quite new to the revelation, he/she will change.
