Arm an alarm on your phone before you go to bed. Set the alarm to ring after a couple of hours. Have a pencil and a piece of paper nearby and write down everything you can remember when the alarm rings.
Some doubt this works, but it does for me Repeat "I will remember my dreams" for a few minutes, I do that and I remember 1-2 dreams per night
And don't forget to forward to ten friends before midnight, or you will be unlucky for 3 weeks.

http://paranormal.about.com/od/outofbodyexp/a/astral-projection.htm Read. This is about a study known as Astral Projection (out-of-body experience) or as many call it dreaming. It shows some pretty interesting things that may relate too why you can't remember your dreams and tactics to help you remember.
for the dreams that you do remember you should write them down because i have been able to pick up where I left off in various dreams by reading them over again.

I love dreaming, and lately I have been dreaming a lot. And all of them have been love dreams, about the SAME person. I don't wanna wake up!
I dont have dreams, never. Never any bad, never any good.
How is dream formed.
I immediately thought of Martin Luther king's speech when I read this.
I never dream. The next morning, I never recall dreaming about anything. Is it just me who does not seem the dream? I only recall at least 3 dreams my entire life, and from what I hear, dreaming is really nice. I really want to be able to dream more. My question: Are there any methods to help me dream? Or at least remember what I was dreaming of the next day? I really want to be able to dream and remember them the next day. It will probably make me feel really nice inside and I get a little more adventure while i'm sleeping. (Also, falling off a cliff to land on your bed doesn't count...i've had that that a lot and don't recall why I jumped off a cliff in the first place.)
I found out how to control what you dream about, think of something long and hard before you try to fall asleep, then when you're tired, imagine yourself doing whatever it is you want or wherever you want to be and you'll fall asleep and dream about it because your imagination will continue into a dream
I was meant to quit smoking today, so last night I had a really lifelike dream that I went through the first day of quitting with massive cravings. I woke up at 10am gutted that I still had to do the first day :( (I lasted two hours if anyone cares)

My dreams are always weird and are about crazy stuffs and conversations. And then I wake up, shrug it off, and can't remember more then 10% of it.
