Gaining weight without using weights
But didn't we just establish that there is nothing wrong with your biceps and that your dad is very wrong when he says you're too young to use weights?
But didn't we just establish that there is nothing wrong with your biceps and that your dad is very wrong when he says you're too young to use weights?
I gained those in less than 2 weeks, imagine what could happen in a month. I'd much rather wait before starting using weights. Besides, I want to be able to do planches first.
So you don't want larger muscles? But you want to get stronger?...
If you want to get stronger but not bigger than you should definitely be doing weights. Calisthenics is for endurance.
If you want to get stronger but not bigger than you should definitely be doing weights. Calisthenics is all about building lots of strenght without gaining weight. Anyhow, once I can do planche pushups, I'll start weights.
You are not making any sense. You want to get stronger, but you won't use weights until you can do a planche push up, and when you can do that, you'll start using weights. Why not just use weights now and at the same time work on your planche push up. Also, doing a planche push up doesn't say much about your strength, but it says a lot about your weight.

" guys i can do a hand stand at 104 lbs , gonna get my swole on "
" guys i can do a hand stand at 104 lbs , gonna get my swole on "
That's not a handstand, it's a bended planche position. Requires a lot more strength. And sure I weight less but that means that I train with less weight.
what?
what?
Look, if someone who weights more than me does pushups he automatically builds up more strenght due the fact that he weights more. So if a child could do a planche and an adult couldn't, it doesn't mean the child is stronger but it means that the child has an excellent ratio. The cool thing about ratios is that you can compare them to other people and there is no such thing as 'not fair'. It's all the same!
uhhhh you know how i know yorue 14?
I want to see the back flip NOW
I want to see the back flip NOW
Uhhh, I'll try to so some in the gras today.

The only decent way of measuring strength is by lifting.

What are you going to use strength ratio for? It just shows how much fat you've got.
If you do these cardio/body weight resistance exercises, but still eat high quantities (with a good amount of protein) of food, will your body tone up, or bulk up?
Are those PVC pipes? Are you planning on using these long-term? ...you planning on staying at the same weight range I guess then?
What are you going to use strength ratio for? It just shows how much fat you've got.
Good for stuff like free-running.
If you do these cardio/body weight resistance exercises, but still eat high quantities (with a good amount of protein) of food, will your body tone up, or bulk up?
Tone up
Are those PVC pipes? Rago shut the fuck up, you literally know nothing. Any one who uses the phrase "tone up" in the context of fitness is talking out of their ass.
Rago shut the fuck up, you literally know nothing. Any one who uses the phrase "tone up" in the context of fitness is talking out of their ass.
If you say so. I got sources where it does say it does tone up, but okay.
I recommend showing those sources.

None of those are particularly reliable, honestly.
