all that fucking green on OHP. Good thing I've managed to actually fix my form for squat and my stamina so I don't almost black out so that red should shrink. june and july were pretty shitty months. If you do unilateral dumbbell rows, how would you convert that into a pendlay row figure? Like I imagine you wouldn't simply multiply by two because you have much greater control and support with dumbbell rows.

How did you get it to shoot up so much at that level?
Dude i'm about the same as you, but your OHP is OBSCENE. How did you get it to shoot up so much at that level?
I just push myself. But it's a bitch to keep my back straight so I'm almost exploding at my last rep focusing on keeping it straight. Also I managed to type in wrong number on OHP. I do 42,5kg 7 reps but not 8. Starting Yohimbine, not feeling anything at 2.5mg and want to up it to 5mg starting dose but I know it's probably dumb not to assess tolerance first. My stats, about 3 months in, pretty terrible since I never stick with a program. Added a progress pic since I always find the correlations interesting.
I got 102.8, said my tits are herculean but my deadlifts are under

Pretty much abandonned saying I've done X months and just focus on results.

started focusing on weighted dips and push presses time to get monster triceps
My lower back feels fucked, but I haven't done any free weights or anything that would put weight on my spine during my last session. All I did that may upset my back is pull ups and sit-ups (but on a mat?) Why is my lower back in so much pain
because sit-ups are awful
Dips are my favorite exercise at the moment, it feels great afterwards.
Why is my lower back in so much pain
Situps are the worst goddamn ab exercise. I wasted my time doing 120 situps daily for 4 months, when I could have done a good core excercise and gotten the same results sans pain in 2 months. Chinups w/ Knee Raises have given me the best burn in my abs, sans the pain. If you don't have a pullup bar then Spellcasters are awesome also, despite the dumb name.
If your gym has one, a seated dip machine is beast. My gym got one last month and I'm hooked, up to 4 plates a side for 10. Play with ROM, speed, pauses, contractions, one of the reasons I love it is because it doesn't rely a lot on grip strength.

Am I worrying needlessly? My triceps are terrible.

[thumb]http://bodybuilding-wizard.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/seated-triceps-dips-1-1.jpg[/thumb] this thang The only way you can mess up on this is rolling your shoulders too much or to fast. If you mess with your positioning then its wicked for chest too Its a great exercise for the entire tricep, I find back to back drop sets with slow reps works best for me.
Holy shit that's like the one machine I wish my gym had
I really need to work on bench but I hate bench [editline]29th August 2015[/editline] legs 4 lyfe
You remind me of one of our linemen, he's got incredible leg and shoulder pressing strength but his bench cant keep up. He's got exact same stats as you actually, 80kg ohp, 110kg bench.

lifting saved my ass once again, got jumped by 3 urban youth didn't have a scratch on me lmao slammed two of em and almost broke one of their necks

Max reps is 75kg for 8, but my worry is are these machines accurate? If I slapped on 75kg on the one you pictured, would it be the same? [editline]29th August 2015[/editline]
My gym has one of these, my favourite machine. Can't do any way near what I can with free weights with them. Converging shoulder: 18kg max and Converging chest: 40kg max. But free weights 30kg shoulder press and 55kg bench press. (I'm so weak but I've only been going to the gym for 2 months now, 32 sessions)
why not just do legit dips?
Dip are fucking awesome dude. I love doing super low dips, to the point where my heads like at my elbows, feeling that big ass pec stretch. They hit my delts pretty good too.
Someone stole all the 1.25kg/2.5lbs plates from my gym so I had to stop doing StrongLifts and am currently doing Coolcicada's PPL with a few modifications (added deadlifts). As expected i'm not really making any progress because 5kg is too much of a leap for me to handle. Any suggestions on how I can still progress? Should I just do extra sets? [editline]30th August 2015[/editline] Also, does Leg Press do much to enhance your squat? Really want to pick that up, been stuck on 1pl8 for a while.
i enjoy these things too much [t]http://i.imgur.com/ppTEsW7.png[/t] decided to replace ohp with push press on my second push day i push pressed 200lb for a single today, not hugely impressive but i'm pretty happy.
Apparently my back is super stronk but my tits are pathetic. Makes sense [editline]30th August 2015[/editline] If you plateau on anything, such as squats, shaking up your routine temporarily will help. So yeah wouldn't hurt to do leg press for a week or two before getting back to squats.
