So I just figured out I can do 20 pushups without even sweating. when I was big nerd I couldn't do 10 without crying [sp]still a nerd but you get a point[/sp]
I thought I could do pushups and then I realized I was doing some retarded combo of wide pushups and something else that isn't an exercise. I can barely do proper 5x5 with hands on a turned over chair lol. But I can do inverted rows from rings starting nearly horizontal just fine?

Your back pulling muscles naturally tend to be strong to support the weight of your upper body and head throughout the day, so an inverted row isn't as difficult. Contrast this with the muscles worked during a pushup/press, where the "pushing" force is generated as your triceps contract and create torque on your elbow, along with the contraction of your front delts and chest. Most people will have less pushing strength than pulling strength because of simple body mechanics, and that's fairly normal. It's why you're likely to progress much faster when doing stuff like bent-over rows VS doing bench/dumbbell press.

probably need to ice and anti-inflammatory it. If problem persists, see a doctor. Do you know what sparked the wrist pain? does it hurt when you "nod" it or when you "twist" it?
Probably from using an EZ bar for curls No doesn't hurt doing either of those but it hurts when pressure is applied such as on bench

Superficial heat may be beneficial to the forearm's flexor mass prior to activity. time of recovery is dependent on severity

My fight/jumping story basically goes as this: Me and my skinny roomate were walking back from the bars when all the sudden I get called out by a group of youths about 50m behind us. Shitfaced and not entirely sure who they were I looked back and waited for them to walk up to us. Sure enough it was some fucker who got into with me last year but pussied out, but now that he was with 5 of his friends and seeing it was just me and another less formidable opponent he got some balls. We talked and tried to calm this dumbass down but in the end he wasn't having any of it, so I calmly agreed to just a one on one fight, with no jumping(lmao). By this time it's about 12 of them and still only 2 of us. So we walk back down an alley and me and the dipshit square off. The guy tries to open up with some punches but before he can get in I kick him 3 times in the side(he claimed I kicked him in the nuts, I really dont know but I kicked the fuck outta his side). This caught him really off guard, and I actually made him stumble(dude was about 5'8 160). He then got in close to me and idk what the fuck he was doing but I did this to him, like exactly the same shit but after I slammed him I punched him about 4 times in the face. As I'm about to close in on that guy ANOTHER youth comes and I honestly would've dodged his sucker punch had I not been 15 beers deep, but he clocked me right in the side of my face, but it glanced off. So I then go onto that guy and push his head down and start choking him standing up, and start trying to break his windpipe. Then 4 or 5 guys came and started pushing us apart and that was about that. Smoked a blunt with the guys after that and then we parted ways. No strong feelings, at least for me lol. He was also there and trying to calm his friend down and telling him to leave. I respect that, he took his like a man and that was that.
