So do you guys got a body goal?? Even if it's rather absurd from your current body?
I for one love JJ Watt's

:wow: It's just so perfectly proportional.
My ultimate goal body would be Kevin Levrone's.

But I can't juice like that in the military, so for now it's more like a leaner version of Tom Hardy in Warrior.

Luckily I was blessed by the gods and have the same trap genetics as him, they've always been gargantuan. I technically have quite a bit more mass than he did in the movie, by goal body I mean I want to look slightly bigger/leaner just walking around than he did at his maximum pump/lighting/oiling.
I am my goal physique, I have obtained gains you cunts can only dream of. Keep swallowing those shitty supplements fags, I'm livin clean, livin large.
Recent shot of me in thailand:

I think if i actually started deadlifting and got that up to around 600-650 and got my squat up to around 600 that would actually be possible, considering how much more muscle mass I would have in my back and legs. That and get my chest stronk
yall motherfuckers better get on that tren train

Friend's ordering protein powder from here soon: http://www.myprotein.com/home.dept
Thought I'd get something too, cheaper shipping when ordering together I guess. Any suggestions or should I just go for the most basic and affordable stuff? Seem like the right thing to do.
Also flavors.
Navy PT shorts are the devil. Just blew out my 4th pair squatting today. They're so fucking expensive too. So fuck it, I'm just gonna roll around in blown the fuck out shorts, the liner will keep my junk from spilling out.

The new Army PTs are fucking great. Built-in spandex and it doesn't sound like you're putting on a trashbag.

chocolate is the only way to go
vanilla literally makes me puke
If I'm doing 1.5 hour sessions, struggling to put on good mass, am I probably over training?
That or your not eating enough or both
In a week I just put on five pounds.
I started snacking more frequently, I didn't write anything on my food log. I just ate when hungry and continued with my gym regimen. Now from 155 to 160LBs.
Trying my best to keep my abs still visible.
Gotta ask, will constant heavy-incline walking give any leg gains? Been wondering this for a while considering I spend most of my days climbing the gigantic hills of my campus.

As much as the broscientist in my wants to disagree, I think so to a degree. The sub base here in Groton has crazy steep hills and a billion steps I walk up every single goddamn day and my quads are looking joocy as shit these days. Even before I started working on legs again in the gym (the first few months I was here) I was noticing improvement in my quads. Might have just been some sarcoplasmic hypertrophy gains recovering from my BBing days (mass lost is easier to gain back) but even then it's pretty impressive.
I remember GH15 talking about how things like stairs and shit make legs fawkin sick, hence why you see some female fitness models who use the babbiest weights on squats and shit and have joocy legs and glutes, what you don't see is them spending a shitload of time on stairclimbers.
stairs and climbing and jumping will add muscles to places in your legs that squats just dont hit
inb4 broscience
in other words getting jooocy trunite with the boys

I use stairclimbers after I'm done with my leg workout, no shame.
