LUNK LARM ACTIVATED
LUNK LARM ACTIVATED
I think I lost a critical amount of brain cells when I read that for the first time. Like I can understand if someone is being an ass, but fuck you if you apply yourself.
I heard the world's loudest grunt from our gym's biggest grunter, he was like AAAROOAAAAWWWWWW He's a pretty big dude But he was seated leg pressing about 50kg

228 this morning and somehow fatter than I was at 238. dafuq. In other news going to finally embark on breaking my olympic lifting records. Also starting to use preworkout and holy fuck I actually think it's what I was missing. I actually enjoyed being in the gym today for the first time in a long time. Don't want to be become dependent on stims but I honestly think I need them for the moment, so just going to go 2 weeks on, 1 week off. I dont take any other form of caffeine so I should be fine.
lmao good luck taking that 1 week off youre gonna think "just a couple of scoops cos im going heavy today" shits good
caffeine is literally a 1-in-a billion molecule that happens to be exceptionally well suited to human physiology
caffeine is literally a 1-in-a billion molecule that happens to be exceptionally well suited to human physiology
aren't basically all drugs just that
back started hurting last week now this week it still hurts but for some reason i'm hitting PRs left and right thank you based injury
aren't basically all drugs just that
no most drugs have incredibly toxic effects. Caffeine is exceptionally good. Its benefits far outweigh its drawbacks. Caffeine consumers are much less likely to be susceptible to a variety of degenerative diseases, its some protective effect against types of cancer, it protects the liver and it supports the thyroid, could go on all day.
110 kg bench pr finally, not fully ipf approved as the pause wasn't beautiful, but should be able to pause it properly soonish

You're probably thinking of the antioxidants contained in the coffee beans. Probably the foremost reason why cancer isn't way more widespread in western society.

180*3, 185*3, 180*3 deads pretty easily, gonna try up the weight to 190*3*3 for the session after next, shouldn't be too hard to get. After that probably gonna try pr on 200 just to get the mental struggle over with and get on the road to 5 plates [editline]17th September 2015[/editline] If I can get a 220 dead and get my squat up to 200, I only need 10 kg on my bench to qualify for worlds next year. Hopefully I can push for it but honestly don't mind if I have to wait another year
btw watch, i think the mods read a lot of these posts no more freedom bring back WtF ffs
155 3*3 squats, gonna be at that 180 mark soon if progress carries on
Down to squatting 85 for sets of 6, on the other hand my form has improved loads and my hip flexor doesnt hurt anymore. Hopefully I can get back up to 125 for reps before christmas.
What were you doing wrong?
Had to bail on my final set and rep of my squats yesterday, only 85kg. I thought I'd start going slower on my last set and it felt easier until the final one lol. Never had to do that before so it wasn't pretty, bruise on my back. then some indian guy comes in and quarter squats 2 plate thinking he's hot shit
then some indian guy comes in and quarter squats 2 plate thinking he's hot shit
it still baffles me how these people even exist how can you have so little self-awareness lmao
it still baffles me how these people even exist how can you have so little self-awareness lmao
I've only seen one (1) person squat properly (below parallel) at our gym. Speaking of squats, I seem to be developing runners' knees. I think my bike (a bit too small for me, about 45 min of cycling each day) is to blame. Squats aren't making it better. Anyone else had this problem?
What were you doing wrong?
Got my oly coach to take a look at my squats and he said I was hyper extending my back and not keeping my abs tight enough. Also my knee's tended to roll in too much. I guess that happens after spending a few months squatting with no mirror/ gym buddies to check your form. I've started training my abs a shit load more ever since. As for the pain, I fucked up my hip flexor, still not sure how but it's probably overuse and shit form. I find I can squat without any pain if I open at the hips a lot, and keep my knees tracking over my toes.
Finally hit 1pl8 bench waheyyy why was I holding it off for so long Yes I know im a severe case of DYEL
it still baffles me how these people even exist how can you have so little self-awareness lmao
He's indian how much self awareness do you expect lmao VHART IS DOING WRONG? PLEASE TO BE STAREING AT UR WIFE
Got crunchy knees, turns out due to my flat feet my legs turn inwards when I squat and don't align on the thigh-knee-ankle plane correctly Probably need to talk to a podiatrist, get some insoles for my shoes Not even lifting any weight yet with the squat, just trying to increase my flexibility each session

It's kinda embarrassing to walk up the stairs with people and have your knee audibly pop on every other step.
