Haha, I thought that was a bit of a ballsy post to make :v: Whats the point of doing 100 sets of something, you on gear or CT Fletcher? Same thing I guess tho'
Na there's no point besides like personal achievement (unless roids), did it because I just felt like trying it. Also I want to feel doms in me legs again
is working out when you're sick a good idea or will it cause more harm than good ?
is working out when you're sick a good idea or will it cause more harm than good ?
don't work out when you're sick your sickness will steal your gains and get stronger
not to mention its a dickish thing to do bc youll get everyone else in the weightroom sick
is working out when you're sick a good idea or will it cause more harm than good ?
depends on how sick. If you can tolerate it, go do a light work out. Low to moderate exercise has been linked to improved immune function and recovery. The idea behind it is that exercise helps your lymphatic system which plays a vital role in immune system functionality
just don't infect people in the gym with your herpagonosyphilaids please
is working out when you're sick a good idea or will it cause more harm than good ?
work out only if you're homegym master race otherwise stay home and dont get other gym goers sick
not to mention its a dickish thing to do bc youll get everyone else in the weightroom sick
Well the good news is I do body weight at home. Though from what I've read I'll just do some light cardio and call it a day.
it's really your call like scout said working out can either make me feel a million times better or it exacerbates it, just gotta see how you feel
Watch HR and temp
Send help, I tried to do 100 sets, 10 reps each on 100 kg squats Only got to 52 sets as I realized I didn't have enough time and would have to do a set every like 3-4 minutes for 3 hours because the gym closes at 8 Pissed I didn't finish but goddamn is this the hardest thing I've ever done physically
You shooting for rhabdo bro? :surrender::v: Also, why?
Fuck man I just puked up like 5 lb of pizza. Haven't been this fucked up for a while, and ended smoking too many cigarettes. Feel like shit what a waste of a night. Gotta get myself something else to do other than destroy myself on the weekends.
You shooting for rhabdo bro? :surrender::v: Also, why?
hah felt like doing something ridiculous at the gym for once, love squats and was gonna do 10*10 on 100 kg on them but thought "hey what if I add an extra zero in there" and that became the 100 ton challenge
My job currently has me working from 4 AM to 1 PM. I thought I'd hate it, but it's fucking great. I can go to the gym after work and it's a ghost town. My gym only has one squat rack and there's usually a line for it.
having 1 squat rack + 1 bench at my college has made me appreciate nice and quiet empty gyms a lot
Speaking of that I've always wondered what a 24/7 gym is like at night. Closest I've ever gotten is like 3pm on a Friday during non-winter months, maybe like one person there tops.
I always wonder what crazy fucks show up at my gym at 5am! Word is that a sizable group tends to show up, maybe even up to 10 or more people on occasion. The staff has told me for the morning it's more busy in the 5-6:30 hours than it is up until like 10 or 11. 12-2 is dead then it rapidly swells up until peak hours from 5-7.
ive been lifting at like 8pm every night and its super nice. night lifts are great bc it thins out and everyone there is always there to lift, no bs
3 AM lift for maximum gains. Just when my body thinks that I'm in desperate need for sleep boom 2 hour failure workout. Muscles don't even know what hit em. This is how muscle confusion works.
id do that on occasion if my place didnt close at like 9:30 :9
That just sounds awful! fuck sleep amirite
i just wanna do that bc it sounds like an adventure tbh

Always broke PRs then, despite being ridiculously tired with my feet hurting like a bitch for being on them all day. I'm always my strongest when I feel the worst, for some reason.
Gym membership ran out. Gotta buy new one
Gym membership ran out. Gotta buy new one
you can stay true to fight club and do exclusively bodyweight in your house 1000 crunches every day lol
