What about your natural testosterone production after a blast/cruise vs a traditional cycle? Basically if you blast and cruise are on the roid train for life?

No.
Proper PCT means your natural hormone levels will return to where they should be, no matter how long you're on. A single shot of triptolerin works even after years of use. I've seen it work on a dude who used gear for over a decade.
The problem is people expect their natural levels to somehow not degrade with age. For example, if a 23 year old male starts juicing, his natural hormone levels will be at let's say around a 8-9 before he pins because it peaks at close to 25. Guys like him will use gear for 7 years, come off, and expect their natural levels to go back to what they were at 23. They'll go, "OMG MY TEST NEVER CAME BACK FULLY BECAUSE STEROIDS," but really, they just have the test of a 30 year old man now.
Full recovery is also a lengthy process. Following PCT, you'll have most of your natural production back. But it will take another month or two for that last bit to come back as well, unless you use something powerful like triptolerin.
Triptolerin has its drawbacks though, the big one being it isn't something you want to use more than once. One shot has a low risk of causing any problems, but the risk of sterilization increases every time you use it, the body reacts very adversely to receiving it frequently. It's a great drug if you want a way out after years of blasting/cruising. Let's say you know you want a family at around 30, but want to spend your 20's super jacked. Juice your brains out for a decade, shoot some triptolerin when you're ready to be a mortal man again and it shall be done. Just keep in mind, it's a single-use get out of jail free card. Using it again puts you at risk of completely totaling your endocrine system.

Interesting, might be worthwhile putting your sperm in a bank for posterity sake if you are going to mess with gear just to be safe.
Well since no one has posted for 3 days: I got some new PR's:
Bench: 225 Clean: 252 Front Squat: 275 Bodyweight: 198
I dont really have anything to report.

why the fuck wouldn't they allow you to use socks? some weird policy?
Hit 100kg powerclean yesterday, didnt even go in with the intention of doing it, i was fucking around waiting for my mate to finish then bam, powerclean pr.
Signing up to a new gym today, life has been out of whack for a couple months but I think it's safe to say things are beginning to stabilize. Time to shed off all this weight I gained back.

Either in case you drop weights on your feet, or if your feet get sweaty and gross, or just a thin dress code so if more than 4 people do it the gym doesn't look like it houses homelwss people.
Pretty close to my 3pl8 deadlift, I'm at 167lbs so I'll be going for 2x my BW next. Feelin' good.
Got a powerlifting comp coming up on the 2nd of April, such a minor sport over here that I'm the only person entered in the "teen 3" category (18-19) so I've pretty much won before I've even competed I'm that good
Until Fuckhuge Megaboss signs up at the last minute and can bench 3x his bodyweight.

There is a guy there who weighs like 68 and benches 155 (seen it in person), but luckily erryone is old af so I'm in the clear I hope. Also it means I can eat as much as I want now because since I'm the only one in my age group it doesn't matter what weight class I compete in, I still win! :v:

nice
how long have you been lifting m8
I find it funny that some gyms don't let you wear socks because you might drop weights on them, as if a shoe is going to protect against a 90-100 lb dumbell crashing down on your foot.

It doesn't even have to be that heavy. A 5lb plate can still hurt like a bitch if it lands on your foot right, even when wearing shoes.
Story time. I think I've told it before. Maybe not.
Our team monster in high school was squatting a bazillion pounds one day (I think 5 plates but it was almost a decade ago so I forget) and when he was done, a couple guys went to take the weight off. One started unloading plates, the other just held on to the plate on his side while shooting the shit with someone else, not paying any attention at all. Eventually, guy removing plates took off one too many and the entire thing came crashing down.
Right.
On the foot.
Of the guy not paying attention.
5 plates slammed into this guys foot loud as fuck and everyone just kinda stopped and stared, gym went completely silent. He stared at us with the "oh shit," petrified look, slowly turned to look down at his foot, and a few seconds later blood started gushing out of his shoe like if you put a shoe over the end of a hose and turned it on. Started screaming bloody murder.
Guy ended up having to have the entire front half of his foot re-attached, the plates completely cut it off. Luckily he was a runt who never really got to play so the team didn't suffer much. Still sucked for him though.

his body is absorbing his head
So I looked up some Eric Lillibridge videos and I found this in the related. This video is absolute gold.

That's a shit ton of weight but I was expecting a little bit more from that.
That's what's so great about it, if you watch earlier in the video he is obviously struggling with 4 plates for 2 reps. Also the part where he says the most he has done is 720. 5 lbs less than what he can't even control on the eccentric movement. It's like a parody video, but it seems way to real. The idea that they set up an entire event for a guy who probably hasn't even benched 500 before is amazing.
what the fuck was that BS "I've done 720 pounds" like bruh
Maybe I should skip leg day.

Your legs are like mine. absolutely boring or maybe even worse and trust me that's no good. Don't turn into a failure like me. DO LEGS!
It was a joke comparing my arm and leg, I wasn't showing off my muscles. I'm a cyclist. Mostly only do cardio apart from some planks to keep my back from snapping in two.
leg day aint no joke son
Is this thread for general fitness too, or just bodybuilding
