Can't really do much about it I think other than rest. Unfortunately for me my work involves constantly moving heavy cartons, not fun to squat and pick up even a 20kg box off of the bottom of a pallet the day after leg day.

I usually postpone my workout until I'm fully healed if the DOMS are too bad. Shouldn't happen too often if you're on a split schedule tho.
for me personally a hot bath helps with doms as does working out the muscles that are affected slightly (like squats with no bar if my legs ache)
A cold bath would be better. Even starting hot/warm and going down to cold so you can handle it a little better. Cuts off circulation a bit so when you get out it stimulates blood flow, which helps with recovery. Same effect as compression therapy.

Problem about me with squats is mostly since my spine is fucked up, i barely can go over 250 pounds without having any back pain. But i can usually leg press about 500-620 pounds at least.
Actually now that I've been reminded, is there any point to doing half-squats? It's just that when I do squats I go all the way and have my thighs go parallel (I think slightly beyond actually) relative to the ground, but I see a lot of people at the gym stop when their thighs get to like 30 degrees from parallel if even that. Not sure if they're doing it wrong of if I'm doing it wrong or if both are proper workouts.

no my bench is shit, my lower body is normally miles ahead of it.
I lowbar squatted atg 525 lbs when i was like 17 as a junior in high school, and deadlifted 500+ as a sophomore as well but stopped doing them because they interfered with olympic lifting/throwing.
Tendonitis in both knees, right one was cracking for a while. Lower back pain from throwing and improper form, and some occasional groin injuries which seem to be reoccurring.
when I get DOMS I just hobble around like an old man until I can get into bed and then I just stay there
Queef I feel dem knee issues so much. My legs are strong but my numbers haven't ever really showed it since loading up my knees a ton makes em hurt. I've been working hard on my squat lately though, gotten it up to probably 375ish from probably 300 after football ended just by doing a shitton of legs and icing my knees after :v:.
I've dislocated both kneecaps, severely sprained my left ACL last year, p bad left meniscus tear in my left knee(doesn't ever really hurt though for some reason), sprained my right MCL and ACL this year.
Hopefully doing legs two days a week will help me out!
Keep your legs healthy, be careful with squats and overdoing plyometrics, especially since your already having issues. I never had knee problems until I started getting heavy, so you need to watchout as your bulking. I was approaching 270 a few months ago but decided to cut down because of injuries, partly due to that excessive weight.

Taught my friend how to DL today, it was cute seeing her struggle with 70lbs.
Leg pressed 920 for 3 sets of 5. Hnnnnng, the heavier weights feel so good versus just pushing lighter. Worked my way down to 400 pounds in increments of 100 (diamond set? started at 300x5, 400x5, 500x5 and so on to 920x5 and back down but going to absolute fail instead of 5) and repped 400 out. I could go heavier than 920 but I felt it would compromise stability, depth, and form.
This was yesterday. Same day we basically did everything we murdered the day before again... barely. Sore as hell, took this day off, hitting it hard tomorrow. Going to the bar in a TOGA on saturday with a buncha guys because why the hell not.
Such is life.

tbh i find creatine to be a scam in general, i have no noticeable performance difference when i'm adding creatine to my diet

I'm the same, I'm aware that creatine isn't magic but I expected to at least feel a really small boost which I did not.

Holy shit my ass just stopped being sore today. My body gets so used to doing the same 4-6 leg exercises that throwing something in that you never ended up doing just makes you feel it for days
Hard to find a varied leg workout day since I feel like there are only so many ways to work your legs that are actually worth doing

Different strokes for different folks, I went from using whey with creatine, to just whey, and my results and workout performance diminished.
Went back to using a supplement with creatine, and my results jumped back to where they were. I'm currently at a plateau, I currently don't eat enough calories to build any more muscle.
Had a free gym today so I got my m8 to record me doing lifts

I looked at a video of me doing same weight for 5 back in August. Didn't go to the same depth, really just broke parallel.
You look a bit too pigeon toed though. Some amount is alright but you look a bit too extreme.
Also what I would fucking do to have some proper bumpers like that....some days I really just wanna buy some.
Okay so how do I tell a coach who I respect a lot that cycling creatine is bullshit in a polite way. He knows a lot about football and baseball and was really good back in his day, but when it comes to supplement advice he really doesn't know much. I keep lying to him telling him I'm cycling creatine "responsibly" and taking my casein before I go to bed like a good kid, but I can't take it anymore. I know this isn't the social advice thread, but I figure everyone here has at least some experience with dealing with bad trainers.

3 weeks intense lifting yeah, I mean I've always had dumbells and did an alright amount of exercise since the age of 15 or so.
Tren ace is less likely to cause gyno compared to test which is why I am taking it, dbol and test is pretty androgenic whilst I find tren and dbol quite manageable
I have previously done a month cycle of 30mg dianabol before christmas, got a little "test flu" but pulled through fine so this is my stacking the dbol with tren now, 2 months later
I always aspirate the needle to check for blood, I have yet to find any blood enter the needle after doing this and I slowly inject taking 1-2 minutes for 0.5cc's of tren
I alternate between right glute, left shoulder, left glute, right shoulder. Shoulder is the worst tho, for some reason it hurts
