3 weeks intense lifting yeah, I mean I've always had dumbells and did an alright amount of exercise since the age of 15 or so.
Tren ace is less likely to cause gyno compared to test which is why I am taking it, dbol and test is pretty androgenic whilst I find tren and dbol quite manageable
I have previously done a month cycle of 30mg dianabol before christmas, got a little "test flu" but pulled through fine so this is my stacking the dbol with tren now, 2 months later
I always aspirate the needle to check for blood, I have yet to find any blood enter the needle after doing this and I slowly inject taking 1-2 minutes for 0.5cc's of tren
I alternate between right glute, left shoulder, left glute, right shoulder. Shoulder is the worst tho, for some reason it hurts
God this makes my head hurt. You say you can't afford to get proper equipment or proper diet, yet you are on gear. God just leave this thread please. You are the perfect example of irresponsible steroid use. Not only are you young and underdeveloped, you haven't ever even trained properly. To add to that, you don't know anything about how steroids, lifting, sleeping and training actually work in conjunction to build your body. I honestly hope for your own health and sanity that you stop using steroids, train consistently with a good diet and training program for a year and discover what lifting is really about. btw you won't get bigger no matter how many steroids you take if you don't have a caloric surplus. It takes energy to build things. Hormones alone won't make you bigger.

Also your avatar is really ironic considering your steroid use.
no my bench is shit, my lower body is normally miles ahead of it.
I lowbar squatted atg 525 lbs when i was like 17 as a junior in high school, and deadlifted 500+ as a sophomore as well but stopped doing them because they interfered with olympic lifting/throwing.
Tendonitis in both knees, right one was cracking for a while. Lower back pain from throwing and improper form, and some occasional groin injuries which seem to be reoccurring.
Shit that sucks man. Seriously though a 350 bench is impressive at the least, and I wouldn't be surprised if you hit 405 now that you say you're bulkin again
oh boy why do i even bother

I had this massive response written out, but I scrapped it after I had a moment of clarity and realized some people are too stupid to be helped, and a massive calm washed over me
a lion does not concern himself with the opinions of sheep
Was supposed to find my bench 1RM tonight with my new gym buddy. She's sick, and I'm all strung out. God dammit guys
Finally broke the 225 lbs barrier on my back squat. Was able to hit 4 reps of it today before failure. Hard to believe that a few months ago I couldn't do even 1 rep of 225

Irresponsible would be me injecting any more than I currently am, I am on a caloric surplus as I am getting at least 3 meals a day (excluding snacks and my protein shake). I can't put on weight normally so I am trying this and hell it was a Christmas present so I don't see why I shouldn't give it a blast
I kind of get how it works but I am learning more as I go, as you do. My arms are getting bigger, as well as my chest, this is a fact so really you don't know what you're talking about as far as I am concerned
My steroid use is well within the normal range someone should expect to take to get bigger, I don't get why you lot seem to slag me off for it? I'm getting bigger... Results intended are achieved, problem is non-existent
Just did three of these:

Good job though they still difficult
I was just doing toes to bar rapidly and I fell off of the chin up bar and couldn't move for about a minute. I have metabolic disorder that disables me from military services because of risks of metabolic issues during basic. What's the best thing that I could replace that with? I'm kind of concerned and my body is still trembling and I feel my body is empty and my blood is shivering. Also, there's chunks of food in my mouth, but I haven't thrown up.
Should I wait a little while then do a modified finish of my workout, or do I quit for today?
I'll just say that cheers for whoever posted the bodyweight routine infograph. It's pretty nice. Definitely highlights how weak my upper body is. After 8 times of doing it I have found my "battleline", as in the moves I cannot do 3x8 of. (assisted one leg squat, extra-assisted pull ups (two rubber bands giving about 40-50 kgs of assistance when at the lowest position), assisted pike push up (one rubber band giving about 10-15 kgs of aid at the lowest position), assisted hanging bent leg raises (grip doesn't hold so I use those wrist straps when my arm strength fails, otherwise I could easily do 3x8), 3/4 push ups, straight leg dips (awful rom for shoulders, hurts), bent knee inverted rows, leg lift plank (mostly difficult because I'm out of strength by the time I get to this, so my legs give out, rather than my stomach).)

Is that because you have to hold their arms up or they'll get away?
[sp]I'm fucking with you; I don't mean that as a sincere insult. That was too easy.[/sp]
it's so i can show them how athletic i am while pleasing them with my penis

don't you know how these things work
1st full month of SL5x5 while eating right and my body weight has gone from 140lbs to 150lbs so far.
My bench is stagnating, but I'm pretty sure it's a form problem, which should be easy enough to sort out.
Everything else is progressing well.
I'm feeling a lot better physically and mentally since I started lifting and it feels so good to see progress.
got 225 for 8 on my 5th set of bench yesterday, was p hype. Thinking I can get around 315 up for one.

damn nigga how do you jump up 2 plates of weight for a 1 rm
my 7-8 rm is about 195 and my 1rm max is 235
Okay if I'm doing a ppl routine (push pull legs) what day would I fit some cleans in? On a cut right now but I figure now is about as good of a time as any to actually learn to do this exercise. Prob is I'm not sure if I should consider it a back/bicep exercise or a pushing (chest/tri) one. Or do I do it on leg day??
Do lat pulldowns work traps as well or not really? Cause I dunno whether to start doing shrugs to thicken my babby traps out.

do shrugs
shurgs/ deadlifts/ anything that involves holding weight will work your traps
I love upright rows if you've got the wrists for them
when I get DOMS I just hobble around like an old man until I can get into bed and then I just stay there
I got horrible DOMS once that made it impossible to get my backpack off by myself. I must have looked like a special needs person trying to move his dysfunctional arms around when I got on the bus and tried to take my backpack off. :v:
Saw one of the most jacked human beings in my entire life this weekend. Dude was 5'10.5, and a cut 275-280lbs.

I can imagine you subtly taking that whilst whispering "no homo" beneath your breath
Currently wearing a neck brace because I looked up when on the pec machine and pulled/dislocated something in my neck. Second time this has happened, the first was doing triceps pull-downs, but this time is much worse.
