They didnt draw a face because it isnt possible to convey the level of agony this machine creates
The first 5 reps felt like I was ripping my ballsack/gooch im half. Every rep after that could only be compared to a pain similar to giving birth.
I walked like I had just been raped afterward and had a insatiable desire to sway my hips like some top hoe.
But oh god, the after pain, we didnt expect it. Day after, not that bad. Two days after HOLY SHIT IT HURTS TO EXIST. I called my workout partner up and he was doing the exact same thing, lying in bed writhing in agony.
We did 150x10 and went up to 295x10 in incremements of 15 pounds I think so 9/10 dropsets back to back. Definately overkill
So doing these again
I don't really mind that, but I really fucking hate that similar machine where the pads are on the outside of your legs and you're pushing out instead of closing. My hips would get so cramped up from it.
Took 2 days off (first day was rest, second day was because of the sloot finder. Came back, lifted, 229.2!!!!!!!!
Thats after a big shit too!
Thats rougly 5 pounds!!
FUCK YEAH GAINS not even fat either
240 here I come
I think I'm going to modify my PPL to have 2 rest days after each 6 day cycle because it's wearing on me and I feel like I'll be able to lift a lot more with another rest day. Finding that balance between feeling like a lazy fuck and not going enough and going too much is kind of hard for me.

and I welcome you to the great natty dilemma
Guys, is anybody here doing Texas Method? On intensity day I feel like I'm way too tired to set a deadlift pr after squatting and benching/ohp. My deadlift is lagging behind my other lifts and many times I can't even get the bar off the floor.
Giving up deadlifts while your on texas method is whats advised, or else do only do them twice a month on intensity day
and I welcome you to the great natty dilemma
Fuck man, at this rate I dont see 240 and cut out of the relm of possibility, I just turned 19, god knows where the heck ill be in 5 years if I hit 230 natural this fast! It is 'roidin territory though
Finally doing daily gym sessions. Starting strong, only missed 1 day (not including weekends) due to illness.
Not eating shit anymore, (apart from weekends) taking protein after workout. Its not as bad as it was when i tried it before, actually grown to enjoy Vanilla flavor. Also finally getting into doing legs. Although Back is becoming an issue since theres no smiths machine to do Dead Lifts but there is just a single bar. I don't really like using the single bar.
lol took the same pic from my starting days
Would people really debate that? It only makes sense that arms will help in bench, its not just your chest.

To start do you want to build muscle and gain weight or are you trying to lose weight?
Building muscle and gaining weight.
bear in mind, even if you are just slightly overweight it is always best to cut first

Anyone ever tried DMAA before? I can't decide if it's worth using to help me workout longer or not since it's effects seem so mild
DMAA wasn't banned in the UK?

Lemme know how that stuff works for ya, I was considering picking up some myself.

Yeah it's banned, oh well

Well I had a large coffee, like 3 teaspoons in a big mug then took 2 tablets (not sure on the dose) but after the coffee kicked in and the DMAA kicked in I felt quite a nice buzz, nothing major but was enough to give me a great workout anyway
For size reference, the white are DMAA blue are dbol

I might start a shitstorm but you guys are pretty chlil so that won't happen. Why take forbidden substances for your training when it is possible to make it without those?
Doesn't PWO that mostly is just 50% caffeine and similar work just as well?

Just performance enhancing really, allows me to do alot more and gain quicker since I tried doing it the normal way; eat lots and workout but I never really gained?
So this is my method and it works :)
I wouldnt really feel okay about DMAA since its touted out to be a heart attack in a pill
I wouldnt really feel okay about DMAA since its touted out to be a heart attack in a pill

A case study published in December 2010 outlined a 21-year-old male who consumed between 578-600 mg of DMAA (which was marketed as a “party pill” in New Zealand), along with 150 mg of caffeine and one can of beer (1). The subject suffered a brain hemorrhage due to In what overdose coupled with potential drug-drug interactions. He was released from the hospital after a full recovery.
The amount of DMAA consumed was between 10-30 times higher than the amount present in DMAA-containing dietary supplements. Taking 10-30 times more than the recommended dose of DMAA and many similar products can cause serious adverse side effects and even death. For example, 250-300 mg of coffee is the equivalent of 2-3 cups of coffee, and produces effects similar to supplements containing DMAA. If someone consumed 10-30 times that amount of coffee, or 20-90 cups, that could lead to serious adverse side effects and potentially even death.(2-4).
This is what I heard too but I seen this and I'm not planning on taking quite so much, it's up to yourself what you take really and I am not using for recreation whatsoever

Chances are if thats your problem then you need to try working out differently, looking into different methods, managing your diet, vitamins, there is SO MUCH you can learn that can help you gain, you just have to read in to it.
But whatever, you make the bed you sleep in.
I'm not here to play moral-cop but I hope you take it easy. I kinda feel like looking down at people that take forbidden substances but at the same time it's their life and body. I just get that dumb holier than thou shit out of my head and be nice.
as long as you aren't competitive and using fuq loads to get a distinct advantage (most athletes roid anyway), it's your health.
i am not natty. creatine is a helluva drug
I've lurked over this thread for quite a while now. If I remember correctly, even Purfumely used to use steroids?
I'm glad to see more people are concerned about steroid use.
It's not bad as long as you don't go overboard, I am currently only doing 20mg diabol a day, increases to 30mg per day after that.
Not taking heavy steroids yet however your concerns are noted and I wll continue to be responsible with my usage

Steroids make recovery a lot easier.
hey guys if a strange car with tinted windows pulls up to you at night and a guy comes out claiming to be an undercover police officer, don't give him your phone.

Was it Casus?
Also for people who haven't done very much research on steroids, they really aren't as bad as you (presumably) think. Coming from the American public education system I know that there is a major smear campaign on steroids that relies on exaggerated side effects and very rare cases. The side effects are severely exaggerated, and the evidence presented is mostly anecdotal, because there have never been any statistically significant studies done on long-term steroid use it's amazing to me that people confidently say that steroids do anything besides the obvious.
The fact of the matter is that steroids are a very mild drug in many aspects, i'm not an endocrinology expert or anything, but all of the research suggests that steroids, if used responsibly can be a relatively safe practice.
Also, even the positive effects of steroids are largely misunderstood by the general public. People think that if they take steroids they can look like professional bodybuilders, good luck. Understand that most people can never look like professional bodybuilders. There is a huge genetic factor, and even if they did have the genetic potential the majority of people wouldn't be able to have the dedication/resources necessary to essentially have a perfect diet, sleep and training regiment. Another misconception is that people who take steroids are somehow cheating and aren't working as hard as people who are natural. This couldn't be farther from the truth because when people take steroids they often workout more often and harder than someone who is not because of the increased ability of the body to recover from workouts and repair muscle tissue.
It's sad that the general public has this view of steroids. Because of the general misunderstanding the public has there are a lot of people who feel the need to lie about their use of steroids for fear of being ridiculed and labeled as a cheater. It sucks for people who don't use steroids too because you get a large group of people completely ignorant of what is going on behind closed doors by most professional bodybuilders and athletes who then aspire to be like them. Because most of these bodybuilders and athletes are never going to admit to steroid use for obvious reasons, this group of people get this completely unrealistic expectation of what the body is capable of looking like and capable of doing. The people that are ignorant of the steroid use then set unrealistic goals for themselves and almost never meet them. Almost everyone who competes in professional athletics is on them and they all deny use. It's all bullshit, natural or not you have my respect if you are trying to improve your body.

sorry about the rear glute spread thumb
I really wish you could have warned me about that video.
what is casus
casus will fuck you up
I did 15kg goblet squats today :') such pathetic weights but I'm proud at the progress seeing as my squats have always been the weakest and most hated (although I know once my strength is up I'll love them) exercise. Looking at two weeks ago when I found 5kg goblet squats difficult, I'm just happy with the progress.
Bashed out some 100kg seated cable rows, pretty much back is my ego-boosting exercise, and benchpress as well (since I am gonna be doing 50kg BP on Thurs).
Shoulders can go fuck themselves, too, since I suck at them. but hopefully doing 15kg OHP this Thurs too. I feel like I'm a little vegetable that'll eventually grow into a juicy, hella ripe tomato. Weirdest analogy ever. ~pls water me and put manure on me thx

happiest with rack pulls cause it always really works my forearms too, and I went from skinny no-show forearms to skinny you-can-kinda-see-muscles-forming forearms. so, happy days. my death-grip wank technique is at an all-time high rn
