Start out so that your breakfeast is ALWAYS Oatmeal.
scrambled eggs and bacon is always gonna be the best breakfast for me
gotta agree with that nothing is like cracking 6 eggs and a couple slices of bacon with it
After a month of not being able to gym, I finally reapproached the squat rack. Damn legs nearly turned to jell-o doing only 135LB.
low fat quark + low fat sour cream + 1tsp sugar has been my breakfast for the last 3 or 4 years 345cal 41p17c12f pretty nice
so i went ahead and bought some creatinr for the first time, thanks to you guys' help i'm currently on a cut, so i was wondering when and how i should consume this, and how often?
Before and mid workout, whether your on a cut or bulk its all the same Make sure to make an effort to drink more water. A sip between every set/break and overtime your body should soak in more water. In my case i can take in enough that it actually dulls thinking and increases my pain tollerance/dulls pain. 12lbs of water weight. You may start out at 2-3lbs and it'll go from there. Unrelated, I think I've mastered my out of town bulk/healthy diet. Its literally just sobeys already cooked roast beef and meatloafs. The roast beef is a solid 725g, 18g of protein and 100 calories per 100g, 130g of protein and 700 calories total. Clean. Eat two a day along with one meatloaf (120g and 1200 calories) or vice versa and throw in a plate of mashed potatoes or just straight raw potatoes like apples at work and I can cleanly bulk for under $50 a day. Roasts are $15 each, meatloafs are $11.
Hmm, I've started on Stronglifts program and my gym only has 2.5KG plates. I'm supposed to be adding 2.5KG each workout, not 5KG.
Not much you can do, just throw on the 2.5kg'ers and give it hell. Maybe you'll progress faster? Better than not adding on any weight If you cant do the lift with the higher weight then still to the lower weight and try again next week.

I'm cutting, so it's probably going to be the latter.
Also an update on my weight loss, I went from 174 in January to 155 in May. I suppose I'm doing something right since I'm running much faster in my tested events. [editline]11th May 2015[/editline] HOWEVER, the only concerning thing is whether or not that loss is in fat or MUSCLE.
You'd only be able to tell through skin caliper/body fat tests. Best I can say is do you still look as fat as before? If your losing muscle then you'll look just as fat as before just smaller, if your losing fat then you'll look leaner and more "toned" (god I hate that word)
I guess for what it's worth, I'm seeing some "definition" in shoulders and upper-arms. I do also need to get back on track with my choices in food as well.
I'm achieving fatfuck tank mode, hovering around 265-270ish pounds and I keep getting stronker, was shoulder pressing 80lb dumbells the other day, hit 185 for 19 on my burnout set of bench last week, all around p noice. Getting looked at by some D1 and D2 schools for football too so
Goddamn, my friend can just chunk down a plate of bacon and nothing else for breakfast every day and still make 20 lb gains a month.
This guy for real? Geez
Didn't watch the video but there are some crazy fucks out there like Rich Piano Claims natty or some shit and his videos are maximum broscience, he claims that you should go for like 10 meals a day or some shit and that the more you eat, the bigger you will get and you won't actually get fat if you only eat 10,000 calories of clean food lmao
Pretty sure rich piana admitted to taking gear? He even has a video on what it was like the first time he did steroids

Kali muscle is the bastard who says you can get as big as mr olympia's on diet and exercise alone
Thanks, I guess progression is either gonna be twice as fast or twice as slow. I'm cutting, so it's probably going to be the latter.
Why not consider buying a pair of 1.25kg plates? You can find some reasonably cheap ones online.
Really can't wait to move out of my current apartment in July, cause I'll find a place with a garage or something and just start lifting at home, it'd be way more easy. I've seen squat racks that double as bench racks for about 40 quid, and then since I'm doing SL5x5, I just need a barbell with some weights, so I'd be spending a little over 100 quid maybe for the whole thing. It'd be worth it imo cause lifting at home is way easier than heading out to a gym, plus the peace and quiet I have means I can just bash out my exercises and not worry about waiting or taking too long etc. I'd do it in my current apartment but it's a 1st floor apartment and I'm p sure I'd damage the floors or risk damaging them, even with lifting mats in place.
That's what I do, and the time/money saved is awesome Also the ability to be lazy and leave your weights out
Pretty sure rich piana admitted to taking gear? He even has a video on what it was like the first time he did steroids
Oh oops, mixed up my names. Yeah, Rich Pizza admitted to gear usage but his videos are still full potato.
Holy shit sweet potatoes are awesome
I'm so glad I started working out. Only two weeks in and it feels like I have such a purpose in life. It's weird how I paradoxically have more energy throughout the day and just feel better about myself in general. I don't know why I was just sitting around before. This feels great.
this might be oddly specific, but, general advice - if you're cutting on EC and have asthma, don't use your inhaler, especially if your tolerance and dose is high, the ephedrine will take care of the asthma jesus my resting hr was 105 for like an hour from the mix
I thought about that before but figured the albuterol dose in the inhaler would be insignificant compared to the amount your taking in pills.
must have been scary as shit. I woulda thought I'd fucked up and panicked thinking I'd end up rip cause of a silly mistake (but then again, I know next to nothing about EC)
I didn't panic cause I've OD'd on albuterol before and I didn't take that much EC to warrant this so I pinned it onto overusing albuterol in the gym cause not thinking straight and albuterol absorption via inhaler is way different from tablets, like 600mcg/day is enough to start feeling tremors and slight tachycardia for me and I'm pretty sure I went past that combine that with EC, well, best and easiest 28 minutes of cardio I've ever had and a super jumpy 3 hours afterwards 2/10 would not mix again [editline]13th May 2015[/editline] let's just say don't be an idiot like me with your inhalers
About cheat meals on a diet, is there a rule of thumb? I really don't want to make a setback
