I wouldn't do jumping exercises with lifting shoes on. Was wearing adipowers and landed on the outward side of my left foot and it was pretty much crushed and completely broke a bone

It could be your hips are shooting up too quickly so you try and good morning the deadlift and that puts excess strain on your back. I'm at about 78kg now and yeah most if any fat I have is around my gut. It's weird because like there's little fat on my back so when looking in the mirror I can see heaps of definition.

I've gotten by pretty well with my old wrestling shoes. Keeps the foot compressed and doesn't have any kind of overly thick sole.

I thought I'd have them at the most productive time possible rather than while being lazy sitting on the couch ingesting 400 empty calories. My normal pre-workout is a coffee with one sugar at the most.
My fat distribution is annoying as FUCK! I only get love handles and like a lower belly gut, it's what I'm gonna try and work off during the summer football conditioning workouts. My arms are not fatty, nor is the upper part of my torso or my face, and my calves are lean and my legs are too mostly, its just that goddamn fucking love handle bull shit. I hate it

It was after a hard day at work and was a 1.25L bottle of diet cola. Yeah I'm hoping no one here has a life so they can reply within minutes of me posting lol
diet cola is ok tho (at least in terms of affecting gains/fat/etc), not so much for general health probably, but it shouldn't affect your muscle gains or fat loss

how much weight gain do you guys usually try to aim for in a bulk?
All of it In all seriousness, for me its in 20-25 pound intervals over the course of 4 months or more, so 210-230 cut to 220, then 220-240 cut to 230, and so on
You can only gain about half a pound of muscle a week at best so aiming for 1lb weight gain a week is ideal. Go more if you want, last few times I bulked I averaged about 2lb a week and made some decent gains.
depends on your fitness level too you aint gonna be packing 1lb of muscle/week after 3 years of training for example, not even 1lb/month
Been to a little party today and didn't drink because I'm cutting. Instead decided to just have diet coke... 5 of them. Oh good lord. Sweeteners contain phenylalanine which have a laxative effect. Going to have to give the gym a miss today, if I squat even once I'll end up shitting.
Didnt drink since your cutting so you drank pop? Your cheating on your cut either way. I dont drink period so when I'm at parties I usually drink so much water that it dilutes my blood and makes me sort of drunk in a way. It gets gnarly if its after the gym
