hit me with some good seasonings. I just sprinkle chilli flakes on that shit
look for some lime pepper marinade recipes or something
eggs + milk + red pepper + chili sauce + salt + green onion or chives + butter on pan = scrambled deliciousness
eggs + milk + red pepper + chili sauce + salt + green onion or chives + butter on pan = scrambled deliciousness
I just add a dash of salt and I'm good.
your poor, flavorless goddamn souls
thyme and breadcrumbs is godly on chicken. look up sauces and shit if you need extra calories too. I make a white sauce with flour, butter and milk. Add kale into the mix and it is beautiful.
Super-excellent video for beginners and vets alike, really gets to the nitty gritty of how to deadlift. Favorite/bookmark this one.
is this the cardio thread??
is this the cardio thread??
Cardio? From what language is that? [sp]jk yes[/sp]
When bulking can you be a little more "loose" in your diet?
if you wanna get fat yeah go ahead jk, define 'loose'
ur mom
holy shit I am so fucking tired of failing my OHPs 2 inches from lockout when will my triceps stop being shit
What do you guys listen to while lifting? I find music like this pretty godly:
if you wanna get fat yeah go ahead jk, define 'loose'
When cheat meals fit/days compared to dieting and such How many calories should you go above your diet range
for my bulk I'm planning 300 over maintenance and a non monitored cheat day every week or 2
Usually stuff like disturbed, pantera, system of a down, godsmack, hatebreed, killswitch engage, or more aggressive metal depending on my mood. Whatever gets me pissed and amped up, and has a good tempo to go crazy, rest, and go crazy again (system of a down is great for this)

Can't find any articles with details yet though. I don't follow him closely either so I wouldn't have known of any hints to why leading up to this. Kinda sad.
Is not eating enough bad for losing fat? I go to the gym and do SL but only eat 2 meals a day, these are quite high in calories but I never go over 1800 in a single day. I don't snack in-between. Would I be better off eating more often but lower calorie meals? So far I seem to have lost around 2.5KG in 3 weeks. I'm still gaining strength on the SL programme but I'm not far into it.
No, you'll still lose fat. But, I would really try hard to 1. eat more often (you'll hit higher than 1800 easier) 2. at least aim for 2,000. Even if you're a bit on the small side like me and are only 160lbs/73kg. I think 1,800 is close to my maintenance level, but even if I don't do any serious activities on that day I'll still feel pretty hungry. [editline]31st May 2015[/editline] Also what up Adamhully it's been years since I played a game with you. I think we used to play Rainbow 6 Vegas and other stuff kind of often.

Kinda sad, he's a massive inspiration as i'm looking to get into WL stuff soon
I'm almost done with my cut... thank god, I'm so ready to start making gains again.
Kinda sad, he's a massive inspiration as i'm looking to get into WL stuff soon
The reality is there are plenty of other inspirations though. Even with his strength, there are 20-30 others in Russia alone that can match what he lifts, we just don't know of them yet. I keep discovering new crazies all the time. But I know what you mean. My favorite lifter, whose intense videos still inspire me, is Milko Tokola. Granted, he is my age (22), so it will be a good 8-11yrs before hes done, but when he is I will be still be bummed.
Clarence is my go to guy for inspiration, he seems like a pretty normal dude apart from the fact that he can [editline]31st May 2015[/editline] Also cause he's irish and there arent that many/ any irish guys who can lift big weights

I've never played Rainbow 6 but I definitely have you added on PSN. Maybe we played GTA IV or LBP back in the day? I'm trying not to go over 1800 calories a day cos I'm on a cut, I guess I'm losing fat slowly and the worst that will happen if I go over is I'll put on some muscle weight (good weight). My shorts keep falling down and that wasn't happening 3 weeks ago so that's something!

When I read his interview on how he kept lifting with a messed up knee for months, maybe even over a year, where even injections didn't help. All because he wanted a sports grant or something. There comes a point where doing anything to work towards a goal isn't worth it anymore. I totally respect his strength, I just don't like his destroy your body in the process mentality :v:. I barely like any American lifters. I suppose Donny Shankle is alright. But seeing how awful even some of our "elite" lifters are, I can't get in to most of them. Damn CrossFit simultaneously helping and hurting the sport at the same time. Helping by giving it more exposure, giving people more access to equipment and coaches, but hurting it by diluting the field with lots of awful shit-nique and not using the best training methods (I've heard of guys being told to lift with just the bar for a month or two when they have a technique issue to work on). Even if it's a big issue, if they are moving some weight, better to bump them down to 40-60% than 0% and have them loose experience with weight in their hands. I'm hoping those are isolated stories though.
Ah it's you. I've never played Rainbow 6 but I definitely have you added on PSN. Maybe we played GTA IV or LBP back in the day? Good times! 1,800 is still a tad low, but if you are feeling fine energy wise and so on, I suppose the only other thing is to try and break up the meals a bit more, like suggested. Will help with hunger a bit more. I know that can sometimes be tough though thanks to certain lifestyles. Sometimes eating simply gets in the way. Especially when you have to go out to buy some food.
Thats half the reason the like him, his blind determination and the expense of all else. Its dangerous, unhealthy and not a good way to live you life, but I admire him so much for it. I dont know of any American lifters tbh, I just know klokov and asians like ilya. Crossfit has barely taken off here, but most of the people I see doing oly lifts are crossfitters and the occasional misguided GAA player. Nobody goes above 1pl8 cleans or 40kg snatches. [editline]31st May 2015[/editline] While we're on vidya, NotMeh didnt you used to play wurm online way way back in the day?
oh yeah I did that was waaaaaay back, I think I was still in high school fun times
I just barely remember your name from that wurm online fp invasion, minges trith, china mine, operation sandstorm great times
So should I not use the smith machine for benching? The past few times I've done bench press I've come dangerously close to dropping the bar and there's usually nobody around that I can ask to spot for me, so I was thinking of using the smith machine for bench press in the future for safety's sake. Will you really get less gains?
