Every week instead of adding weight, you increase the incline of the bench by a few degrees. Keep doing this until you can shoulder press what you could flat bench.
i imagine it'd make more sense to just do them seperately lol

I've only just got used to bulking after 4 months lol having been skinny into skinny fat my entire life it was quite a jump to actually eat more the energy you have though is great If I clean my diet up a little more I can't imagine cutting being too bad for me considering I eat relatively healthy as it is

Damn higloo hope shit gets better man On the lighter side of life was deading 145 for 5 after squats, and got told to "please put your weights down softer" by the manager. Made me a little pissed, which I then realised could work to my advantaged and I did the last set like it was nothing. Went to a powerlifting training session as well, was a special event (didnt lift myself, just went to chill with some friends), saw some insane weight being moved. guy got a 270 kg deadlift and a 250 kg or so squat, with a different guy bagging a 200 kg or so raw bench.
man lifting in an oly gym is bliss crashing barbells onto platforms from overhead is standard stuff, no one bats an eye
Man this sucks hard, I'm pretty sure I've developed tendinitis in one or both of my arms. I feel like I can't even relax if I'm not at work or busy doing something, the pain's just so constant. Been having to take advil/ice it almost every night or keep it stabilized a while before I go to sleep if I want to have any comfort. Just took like 600 mg, pain's still pretty there but at least my tendons don't feel like they're about to explode for the moment. [editline]d[/editline] Gonna experiment more this week. Lifting for four years and this is the first time I've run into an issue, although I feel like one is bound to pop up for everyone at some point. Protip: Alcohol is the devil

Does anybody else think that squatting only to parallel feels... unnatural, somehow? It's either full ATG or it feels like I'm doing some retarded half-squat shit, even though I'd still be going deeper than 90% of the gym population
I can't go atg with heavier weight without my hips getting a really unsettling feeling. it's a feeling that disrupts next workouts squats or deadlifting so I just go parallel and call it good. I hate squats anyway.
I like squats, when you do empty squats afterwards you feel like you weight nothing at all.
