You can't. You are what you are, There's advantages to being short, just like there's advantages to being tall..
Short people are sturdy people.

I'm currently 6ft, still growing I guess. My father is around 6.1, and my mother is 5.6, so I doubt i'll grow much taller. One of my stepuncles is 6.7, and his brother is 7 ft. Oh well, i'm happy with my height.
I am only 5'3 and I stopped caring. Other than not being able to reach high, there doesn't seem to be any disadvantages.
I'm 5 foot 11 inches, uhhh....have my parents....?

You've only just hit puberty last year, you won't stop growing until you're at least 21 (or is it 18?) You'll get taller.

Stretch your arms and legs every couple of hours, and especially before you go to sleep and after you wake up. Get lots of sleep, drink lots of milk.

Its all genetic, seriously all this shit about sleeping will only affect you if you are a teenager. So once you reach about 25 you stay thay height until old age. Trust me, being tall is fairly shit, ive got fucked up joints because I grew to quick.
It's mostly genetic, but a protein rich diet helps.

Get on a chair. Tie some cynder blocks to your feet. Then tie a rope to your neck and something on the ceiling. Then kick the chair over. It'll stretch you out.
