Only medical way to get taller is what doctors do. Break the bone and stretch them giving over a year of extreme pain recovering and imobility.
Well being 6"4 I can guarantee you that eating your vegetables and not drinking coffee is absolute BS.

Yea, Im 6'2" and thats utter bullshit, all I eat is dairy, wheats, and meats/fruit And Im younger than you op :smug:
I am surprised I am 6'2, growth hormone is released while you sleep, and I have never gotten a good amount of sleep, I was also lactose intolerant up until I was 17, now I'm 19. If it wasn't like that, I bet I would be like 6'4.
Sleep
I am six foot two inches tall so shortness is not a issue for me. I just like to listen to you people complain about your height challenges and absurd ways to fix them. But I have heard from people that if you sleep for at least 9 hours and drink a lot of milk you will eventually get taller than five foot three.
Step one, become a politician Step two, Take viagra
Have some damned good genes, like me. I was 13 and 6' 2". My family is tall sons of bitches.
Date a midget. Doesn't matter if you only think you're tall, it's the same in my book.
Male enchantment,[sp]obviously[/sp].
Exercise. [editline]08:39PM[/editline] I'm 16 and am anywhere between 5'8'' and 5'10''. It depends.
5'4" here. It's not that bad once you come to terms with the fact you're going to be a midget forever. Confidence my man, outshines it all. Don't listen to any bullshit.
Slightly related. Just to me, it seems 70%+ of the British SAS is Scottish and under 5'5. Related: 15 and 5'9, hopefully going to be 6'3 like my dad and not 5'6 like my mum :ohdear:
Wait and hope.
Well if you're Asian you probably won't grow that much taller. But I used to be really short entering my freshman year of high school. I was about 4'11" or shorter, now entering my senior year I'm 5'10" going on 6'1". Just get loads of sleep and get lots of nutrition, and exercise often so you increase those chances of getting taller. You might be a late bloomer like me. And try to keep good posture as well, because if your back is straight and not slouched then it helps you grow easier.
Stretching machine from Medival times.

I'm 5'4" but I don't feel that bad, maybe because the average height for men here is like 5'6".
Alex is a fucking retard, his methods are all bullshit.
Really now, then why did getting lots of sleep work for me?
Stand in the sun water your feet
consume 2 parts fertilizer with 4 parts water
I'm about 5'7", approaching 5'8". I'm 17, all my friends are 6' or above, with the exception for like 2 of them. It sucks, but I've accepted my height. Don't worry about it too much.
if your short you can head-but people in the balls

I'm not joking but in the morning, get someone to stretch you, you are seriously a bit taller for a while afterwards, something to do with the way muscles relax with sleep.
I'm 5'7" and have been for about 4 years.
Lie down for a few days on your back. Gravity makes you long.
Jack off every day...
I heard somewhere that sleeping makes you taller. Also eat well and stay fit
I heard somewhere that sleeping makes you taller. Also eat well and stay fit
It does makes you taller, the more sleep you get the more growth hormones are released inside your body.
