Go see a doctor about growth hormones. I read some guy on fp was 15 and 5,2" then after taking them he was 6"2" at 17. Other than that, it's mstly genetic. I'm 5"6 and 16, and seeing people who used to be way shorter than you grow taller than you sucks, but you learn to Accept and it doesn't bother you then. If anyone gives you shit, just say "deal w/it" and put on your coolface.
Lol.
Magic potions.
Hard to get, but work every time.
Doing calf exercises help. Talk to the trainer of your local Gym, he'll help
Eat well, sleep well and exercise.
Exercise it promotes muscle and bone growth it will only help if your not fully grown yet.
Is it better to sleep with or without a pillow to grow taller? Since I've read online that your spine is more aligned without a pillow.

Without.
Drink milk, and sleep. Just nutrition in general helps.
Being that both my parents aren't very that tall...does anyone have an useful tips on how to get taller? I'm 15 years old, and I hit puberty about last year (when my voice started getting deep), but I'm only 5'3" D:
Facepunch, please throw me some tips on how to get taller (please no torture devices). :|
Thanks!
Make sure you get lots of water and sunshine and you'll grow nice and tall.
Though don't water yourself too much, you might die.

I've tried all of that, but im stuck at 5,3"-5,4". I think its due to past medical reasons
I've started drinking cow milk today. Hope it makes a difference over the summer.

Growth hormones have awful side effects though. It's better he does it naturally.
I'm 5"11, 15 years old, and still getting there. :) I drink a pint of milk every evening. I don't bother much with fruits and stuff, I guess my height is due to genetics. It is true that sleeping helps you.
You could use the good ol' rack.
Or if you're not up for the whole painful as hell thing, drink lots of milk and eat lots of bread.
Being 6'4" it's rather difficult to be comfortable in most situations, like I own one of the smallest cars ever made.
Bunch of short stuffs here eh? When I was 14 I was 5'5" and now I am 6'2" at 18, not extremely tall but taller than you fun-sized baby toys, I AM A FAMILY-SIZED MAN TOY.
Your back feels like shit constantly. You need to eat more (more -$$$). Sitting in a chair for prolonged periods of times makes your arms and back cramp up till the point you can't feel them cause they lock up.
Dude if sitting in a chair is making your back and arms lock up, you need some physical therapy. I'm 6'2" and I can sit for very prolonged periods of time without discomfort. Start working out and get your muscles stronger so they can support your larger frame better, specifically focusing on your core (abs and back). Your problem isn't from being tall so much as it is lack of muscular endurance. (The ability for a muscle to be used for extended periods of time, or in repetition for an extended period of time.)
Remember: if you can't be 6 feet tall, you can always be 6 feet wide!
LOL, 5'3? I was 6 foot when i was 14
Growth hormones have awful side effects though. It's better he does it naturally.
Oh, so you know a way for him to grow 6 inches - 1 foot naturally? Yeah i thought not.
Every morning when you wake, stretch your arms and legs as much as you can.
It has prooven to have a temporary effect on your body, that'll temporarily make you up to 10cm taller.
It also makes you grow slightly faster.
You can see under girls' skirts, thought about that
Eat. Eat eat eat. I cannot stress this enough.
I'm beginning to drink 3-4 liters of water a day now :|
Make friends with even shorter people so you'll look tall compared to them.
Magepro, I'd really recommend enquiring about growth hormones if you're really 5"3". I don't think dietary changes are going to magically make you grow a few inches.
6'7 dutch guy here, i dare say its due to your diet, also good amounts of sleep help too.
Diet from since i was young has pretty much been lots of dairy products, such as quark, yogurt milk and cheese + lots of fruit/meat
At least a litre of milk per day or something similar.
In the end, it's greatly dependant on genetics though, just hope for a growth spike.
Im gonna have to disagree with you. I'm 6'8 and haven't touched a fruit or vegetable since i was 10.
I'm 5'4" but I don't feel that bad, maybe because the average height for men here is like 5'6".
where do you live, a chocolate factory?
where do you live, a chocolate factory?
Several places actually have an average male height at about or even below 5'6".
