Ok. First, I do what my sub says and then relax. Then I supposedly do something without knowing it.
I never really cared if I had mental problems or if I was experiencing any symptoms. But I don't think I'm schriz, so probably Sab's method is a no, but then your method sounds much like a simplified beginner's version of Sab's method.
I'll give it a shot. First, I just got to think of a way to talk to my sub IRL through words.
I would not say it is simple, I am just bad at explaining. I can just.... I dont know, I just do.

Does it feel like one second, you're doing something, and then suddenly, you were somewhere else. Like being drunk without doing drunk things. Or do you get to watch what you do while you are possessed.
I think I have had that feeling before. I was basically playing PSP down stairs, my dad tells me to do something. Suddenly, I'm walking up the stairs and my dad telling the same thing he said earlier. It was just a clear blank between those two points. Absolutely zero memory.

I remember everything, I see everything and I can take back control at any point. Kind of weird really. Blacking out is not good from any point of view.
Fuck, read about [s]anti-subconscious[/s]. Sex in dream, i heard it just wakes you up, is it really possible. Also, when i am in a lucid dream, it's always like a hazy television, jumping and starting, and very out of focus, any way to fix that?
Imagine yourself having sunglasses in the dream. Then just simply grab and take the sunglasses off.
Should do the trick.
fucking birdman your ideomotor thing works like a turd and is painful
gotta find me some string
Ouch bro. ouch.
Works for me like a charm.
Anyways, last night I dreamed that I made friends with the leader of the russian mafia, the guy who was responsible for making 1 ruble=100USD. We lived in the same mansion and I helped him with all the non-russian things that come from living in america (helping him fit in and such). At the end of the dream he gave me a handful of rubles (which were little tiny radioactive screws) and took off to new york to raise hell there.

The one time I tried that it didnt work too well. For me, the best way to stabilize a dream is to find something edible and eat it. The taste is like the best food I've ever eaten.
Is there actually any way to go into a place like limbo, my life sucks right now :smith:

Hard to explain, but I shall try my best.
Early on I simply just did the actions that my sc was telling me too i suppose, say this, write that. Currently I can kind of.... relax and for example if i am typing, I will continue to do so without any knowledge of what i am typing. I have only done it a few times, seeing as my first experience was extremely negative. And schrizophrenia? I mean really? That just hurts.
I do that. I'll be writing and start writing random words.
I had a dream where a dog came out of our shed, after a while i paid attention to it and something about it didn't seem right so i asked it if i was dreaming and it nodded it's head and i was semi-lucid.
I had a false awakening last night.
It's trippy.
I had tons of false awakenings as a kid. So disappointing when you reach for a gameboy and wake up.
[editline]19th May 2011[/editline]
I can type almost perfectly without looking. I can probably do some ideometer when I'm ready.
Hey guys, anyone know the fastest way to go deeper in a dream? I never have enough sleep and I'd like to get as deep as I can before I wake up.
Whew, thought i lost this thread from GD, turns out its been here. Anyways your going to be my new dream journal facepunch. Seeing as I'm back home from college i should get plenty of sleep for at least a month.
Hey guys, anyone know the fastest way to go deeper in a dream? I never have enough sleep and I'd like to get as deep as I can before I wake up.
If you mean deeper like in inception where time extends, no.
You can extend a dream however, but you have to be lucid though... Methods on the OP

Wrong. Technically you CAN go deeper and feel like time extends, but it doesn't work the way you think it does. It's hard to explain and very complicated, but entirely possible.

Noooooooooooo! D:
edit: Inb4 Paranoia
Had my first experience of sleep paralysis. Lucky it only lasted for 15-ish seconds with no hallucinations :v:

It always happens to me then MANUUUAL BREEAETHING LOLS goes into my mind and it stops.
God fucking damnit
I had been having audiotory hallucinations and I think I even saw the end of a tunnel (which at the time I thought was a dream but in hindsight I think it was just a bit of HI) and then my fucking brother waltzes in singing going 'DID I SCARE YOU BRO'
fuck WILD
fuck

The first thing I do by habit it is try and move me feet. Seems to work.

No. That's split personality disorder. The other side takes over and you have no recollection of what happened. What at least I experience is someone else taking over and remaining conscious of everything.

Well there's something I think I need to have strong words over with my sub (at least I think it's my sub.). I know how to lucid dream, but by the time I start lucid dreaming my alarm wakes me up.
Okay guys, who wants to describe their own working WILD process step by step? My failed one is:
1. Feel tired/like lding
2. Go in to bed and wear really fucking warm earmuffs
3. Wait
4. Start saying 'three-four' over and over again to keep my mind awake
5. Start going 'five-six' and vice versea
6. Begin to zone out and hear hallucinations and shit
7. Think I'm seeing a dream when I'm not
8a. Fall asleep
8b. Get disturbed
8c. Get on the border of SP only to get really loud rushing noises and heartbeats and 'hey faggot I'm watching you sleep' vibes from the other side of the room

I take a binaural "Gates of Hades", that shit always sends me in the same place. Hell.
Eh, I might try binurals tonight. Worth a shot, at least. [sp]even if they are mostly placebo[/sp]
One thing I don't get, how do you know when your in SP if your not to move until your in SP. Ive failed at WILD every time I try it because I feel as though SP is setting in, but it never does.
Any tips for WILD? I have vitamin b6 but I have a horrible time getting to sleep even normally.
I was forced to go watch that new movie with Kristin Wiig. Bridesmaids, or whatever. It was surprisingly good.
And god she's so hot. I would hit that like the fist of an angry god.
I had a dream the other night involving hiding a box of weird shaped condoms from my parents.

The first thing i did in my very first LD, i saw someone grilling, i pushed him away from the grill and i ate a sausage. Yes.
I wanted to see if i could taste it. Sort of could taste it, but the taste wasnt very strong.
