Ive gotten a little obsessed over last night's dream. MsPainted the ghost ship. [img_thumb]http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/5615/ghostship.png[/img_thumb] No windows on the hull, solid rusting steel. dusty 1800s furnishings, huge diesel engines. [editline]30th March 2011[/editline] No crew. [editline]30th March 2011[/editline] Full of brainwashed passengers [editline]30th March 2011[/editline] And inside it has the first room I met my sub in, copypasta'd from another dream. [editline]30th March 2011[/editline] Strung up with red and black lights. Not blacklights; lights that shine black. [editline]30th March 2011[/editline] I feel like I should be the capitan. [editline]30th March 2011[/editline] It's lost with out me.
how does it feel to board the magestic "titanic"?
how does it feel to board the magestic "titanic"?
this was my original thought I swear at one point I heard that sad music the quartet played as the titanic was sinking.
Make it your dream "HQ" and go on covert missions with your brainwashed minions. the missions should involve nacho cheese
I imagined myself as the capitan, sailing it through the dark cold ocean, alone with myself and whatever is in the bottom of the ship. [editline]30th March 2011[/editline] Theres something really evil in the bottom of than damn ship. [editline]30th March 2011[/editline] Time to make up a name for it.
solid_jake. I've got questions for you, man. I respect you cuz of your posts in the last dreams megathread. but, I've been trying to lucid dream for a while now, and recently I've stopped trying because it just feels like I can't. I've tried all the methods multiple times. is lucid dreaming for everyone? it just feels like ill never achieve it, yo. help me out? make suggestions?
My dreams have been so lucid the last week. Last night I was dreaming about getting to know an old friend again, he had a mother with Multiple Sclorosis (spelling?) and had gone blind with rage over it, he called me out in the dream, I thought he was wanting to fight me. Instead he started doing a lecture on some stuff but was incredibly angry at me, had folders with things i'd done in them...was crazy. I wake up and hop on Facebook, as you do. Turns out today was the anniversary for his mother's death.

I had a dream that I kept waking up from only to fall back asleep into. If I was better at this I could have gone lucid. I even layed in bed, aware that it was indeed a dream, half asleep still feeling the emotions had in the dream when my friend blew up from a block of TnT. until I realized it was a dream and the emotiuons flushed away. Quiet strange
I dreamt that I had sex! In school! With two girls! At the SAME time! Then the principal busted me and sent me to the police :saddowns:
Does anyone have some tricks on how to stay conscious up until you fall asleep? Not sure how that exactly works, but I want to hear some tricks or tips that works for others here on facepunch

V3 already? Damn the year flew by. [editline]30th March 2011[/editline]
Does anyone have some tricks on how to stay conscious up until you fall asleep? Works for me.
oh and also. when trying to achieve sleep paralysis, do you keep your eyes closed or open when staying conscious?
I've heard that before, I'm not sure if it's true or not. I don't particularly want to test it, honestly. My dreams are weird enough as it is.
tried it. Had a weird ass dream. I was apparently a soldier in a war retaking a piece of land with a house in the middle of it. The house happened to be my house.
oh and also. when trying to achieve sleep paralysis, do you keep your eyes closed or open when staying conscious?
Unless you sleep with your eyes open, close them. I really need to reword that.
Why in the hell would you want to experience sleep paralysis? I hate it.
I remember having two very fucked up dreams while sleeping in this morning. If only I could remember what actually happened in them, I would post it here. I need to start keeping a dream journal :saddowns:
Reading through these post, looks like I have to be damn specific about the methods. Updating the OP [editline]31st March 2011[/editline]
Why in the hell would you want to experience sleep paralysis? I hate it.
Read WILD on OP. You can become lucid through a sleep paralysis. [editline]31st March 2011[/editline]
oh and also. when trying to achieve sleep paralysis, do you keep your eyes closed or open when staying conscious?
Tip: Sleep paralysis Answer: [sp]closed[/sp]
i know it was a ridiculous question but when you're experiencing hallucinations, I've never heard of anyone hallucination with their eyes closed. and people say they see things in the corner of the room in sleep paralysis. how do you see the corner of your room with your eyes closed? just confusing statements, ya know?

Before it happened, I was sleeping in a tent. In paralysis, I was in my room. The room itself is a hallucination I guess.
The room itself is a hallucination I guess.
that's makes sense. thanks, yo!
Name the ship S.S. Pigeon Boat. a parody of your glorious name
I was thinking of calling it "Aurora" If I could only get back to it now. [editline]31st March 2011[/editline] Hey Zin, got any tips for going back into a previous dream or picking up where you left off?
Hey Zin, got any tips for going back into a previous dream or picking up where you left off?
Is that possible with lucid dreaming?
yes.
Had a fucking awful dream last night :saddowns: first nightmare in a while... Started off with me driving down some secluded country lanes, I came across some sort of car crash and was turned around by the police but caught a quick glimpse of a mutliated body :ohdear:. For some reason I was then sort of on the side of a mountain road type thing overlooking the ocean, with a large garage next to me and a dirt road leading to a mansion. Turns out a guy had been killing people and fucking up the bodies and hiding them in sinister places in an obvious way. Just so happens me and some other people (nobody I recognise) find a couple of these bodies strewn all over the garage and in his cars, I would rather not describe what I saw... The rest of the dream from then on is hazy but I remember feeling severely paranoid, scared and the guy trying to hunt me down after finding out what I knew... Not nice. :saddowns:
I've been trying to lucid dream for 3 months. I have gone lucid once. any tips for me besides what's already up here? I feel like I've been dedicated to this and it just isn't working...which is frustrating as hell.
ironically enough, the best way to do this is, to be, how you put it, "cree8ive". repetitive tasks seem to bore my mind; I find that drawing little pictures in your mind or daydreaming about a dream you want to have works best.
I usually project myself into a room with a countdown timer. Instead of literally counting, I watch the timer tick until it hits 0. I concentrate on keeping the counter synced and stay constant.
I was able to remember one of my fucked up dreams because it reoccurred last night. In the middle of the night, me and about ten other people (I don't know them) hike up a very large, grassy hill. We arrive at the top and walk into a cabin, inside, it had classroom desks and a small stage with a podium in front. Things were hanging from the walls. I remember a model airplane (I had been reading a book on paper airplanes recently), some posters, etc. The stage had a projector screen behind it, it was completely black. A man walks up onto the stage, we all sit in the desks. I really don't remember what happens after this, we might be answering questions. The projector displayed a picture of a very thin crescent moon, when someone answered a question correctly or whatever was happening, more of the moon would be shown. At the end of it, the screen lifted up and revealed the moon in the sky, looking exactly the same as it did in the screen. I remember a girl sitting beside me saying "come on, we should have won." Then some creepy old guy with two mouths walks on the stage and does a jack-o-lantern impression or some fucked up bullshit, and then we all leave. The grassy hill has become covered with snow, and we all slide down it, people were holding random things while they slid. Someone was holding a cat, and two people were holding the section of my bedroom wall that had drawings/posters on it. As we reached the bottom of the hill, I recognize the area as my school's parking lot. The sky quickly changes to the middle of the day. I walk over to my sisters car so she can drive me home and I wake up.
dolk my ass off
dolk my ass off
:frog: Good thing you're banned
