Welp, I actually fucking remembered two dreams. School sleeping schedule has been doing things to my dreams' asses that I prefer not to talk about. I didn't bother writing them down, cuz I'm a dumbass, so now I forget most of them. The first one involved being on some moon like lava place with some girls and shit. The second one seemed like a continuation upon reflection. It was more of a cold, icy area. I was with another girl in this bathroom or something, and suddenly the room grew a coating of ice and she froze to death. I was like, "lol no" and somehow jumped out of the roof. That is all I remember.
How well does Vitamin B help?
I had a dream where some of my friends and who I assume was my subconscious - he acted just like me, sounded just like me, and voiced my thoughts before I did - and myself fought off the entire cast of My Little Pony. My sub looked a little bit like Wesker, but he had a scimitar of some kind slung over his back. We were trying to defend him from the ponies, but since I woke up in short order I assume we failed. We all got off a few shots though. I wish I could remember which one I hit. This probably happened because my friends have been trying to get me into this show, but it isn't working.
I had a dream where i had a 20" dick... yeah.
I had a dream where i had a 20" dick... yeah.
I had a dream like that once. I got up to take my morning piss and realized it was only a dream :saddowns: [editline]6th April 2011[/editline] Also, your avatar fits.
The only dreams that have had emotional effects that I still felt after I woke up were usually of people being blown up.
I've been having crazy dreams during the day. Or more likely just recalling them better. I really should start recording them again. It almost seems like a waste to not be lucid every night.
I had a dream where I was in space and I was flying around and I had control over it . . Was so fun then I fell . . and I woke up and then Like I pushed myself up and fell down and scared myself. . Was crazy dude . . I will never lucid dream again.
In my opinion, it should be part of modern society to train for dream recall and lucid dreaming from birth. It would make the quality of life in the world so much better if everyone was on good terms with their subconscious and could use dreams to their fullest potential.
I had another lucid dream that led to the space one I was having sex with a girl. Yeah im pathetic but it was cool :D
My dreams are inconsistent. They seem to have meaning, but whatever they mean (if at all) elude me. Also, had one dream where I had some of my limbs cut off-- I woke up with my left arm feeling numb
I constantly keep revisiting old dreams. I would always have this same (or rather, similar) dream where I'm far from home, but I recognize the area well enough to know where to go. But as I make my way through familiar routes to my home the areas instantly become unrecognizable and I find myself lost and wandering through these areas. One of the areas that I constantly revisit is a gated community always with the same lightly colored mist obscuring my vision and I always climb the same gate into the same backyard with the same pool. I can't remember how this dream usually ends, but I keep on having it. [editline]6th April 2011[/editline] Also, I keep having this dream where I am in an open field with a grassy hill in front of me and or some reason I feel compelled to climb to the top. At first the hill is manageable to walk up, but then it starts to get ridiculously steep. I find myself crawling and struggling, constantly looking back only to see that it gets steeper and steeper. I begin to lose my grip and my feet slip against the steep surface and the surroundings turn into me climbing up a steep strip of lawn floating in the middle of the sky. Just as I'm about to make my way to the top I slip and wake up.
I dreamed I was playing mass effect.... MULTYPLAYER

Still haven't successfully induced a lucid dream. Gah.
Dr. Dreampunch, I need your help. The past week I've been having really really strange sleeps.. Like I toss and turn a whole shit ton, and sometimes it feels like I'm dreaming when I'm actually awake and vice versa. Also, my mind seems to drift off like crazy. Yes, your mind tends to drift off when you're laying their with your eyes closed, but not like this.. My mind goes literally berserk. It's so hard to explain, I wish I could describe it better what I'm experiencing, it almost feels like my brain doesn't completely shut down and go into full REM or w/e it's supposed to do. Also maybe this has something to do with it? Yesterday, I awoke with a really sore jaw, obviously from clenching/grinding my teeth at night, maybe this has something to do with my odd sleeps?
Anyone? :unsmith:
Dream journals don't have rules. You just write down anything you remember. Sentence fragments, names, drawings, whatever. As much information as you can remember, because it'll help you remember the dream and eventually you'll start to notice patterns, which can then lead to dream signs, which are incredibly useful. As for cinnamon, DO NOT EAT A TEASPOON OF CINNAMON. That is the "Cinnamon Challenge" and I do not recommend it. Stick with Vitamin B.
How well does Vitamin B help?
Pretty well. It basically makes the neurons that remember dreams work better, plus it's just healthy for you in general. I recommend it, just don't go overboard.
Dr. Dreampunch, I need your help. The past week I've been having really really strange sleeps.. That's interesting...how often do you sleep? It sounds like your sleep schedule is messed up and/or you have MAJOR sleep debt. Also, you're incredibly stressed whether you realize it or not. Take some time to try and deal with that, it'll help. I used to grind my teeth too, and then when I realized why it was happening, I was able to take care of the problem and fix it.

I used to go to bed at like 1:30 AM and wakeup at like 8AM for the longest time because I had to wakeup to go to the gym with my dad, but now that his work schedule has changed, I sleep in until 12 now and go to bed a little later, maybe like 2-2:30ish. Yeah, I read on google that it's from stress.. I definitely don't realize I'm stressed out, and I have no idea what could be causing the stress or how I should deal with it.. Any ideas? Thanks for the reply by the way, it helped.

It should be something that is passed down the generations in a select few families, If I ever had a kid I would teach him the art of lucid dreaming!
I had a dream, it was semilucid and i was about to wake up so it's really black and vauge in my mind with little to no details, still, getting better.
Shmeh, the world would be better for it and we would be heralded as the fore fathers of a new dawn. Back on the topic of dreams, HOLY MOTHERLOVING BANANAS I had a crazy dream last night. It seemed to last for weeks. Even after this I had a second dream. I was in my house, black fog was outside. Somehow I knew that there was some sort of alien invasion going on, turning people into slaves if they were sitting down in the view of one of the ships. (I don't even.) It was a serious challenge to stay standing up. I had some sort of map that showed corrupted people as purple, and boy were there a lot of people in my house. Strangely, my house had a third floor that was like a cruise ship that was much larger than my house, and was not a boat but one of the alien ships. Whenever someone was corrupted, we would grab them as fast as we could, and chain them to one of the chairs on the ship. This continued for days, maybe weeks. It made me feel exhausted, and scared. Eventually, the aliens started abducting people. It was horrible. They would come down and shuttle people out of houses into ships to be taken away. It was like the holocaust, but with aliens and humans, and they were really polite. We were sitting in the house, when I realized that I was sitting down. I started to freak out. My dad told me, "Hey, don't worry. We closed the curtains so nothing's happening anymore." After becoming calm, the aliens came. I walked over to one of the windows, opened the curtains a bit and watched as one of the ships passed over. They were humanoid, but still pretty weird. They told us to come with them, that it was time. I we started to go, but I wanted to get some of my things. They told me I could, so I ran upstairs to get two things. The second floor was not my normal second floor, but my dream second floor. The rooms are arranged slightly differently, along with one of my bathrooms replaced with a mostly empty room, which has been creeping me out in my dreams ever since I can remember. I passed through here, pointing that fact out to myself and the air. When I walked into my room, I started to panic, I felt myself being pulled away. I never got the two things I was trying to take with me (a childhood toy and a Caanoo). My memory is black from then, I only have feelings of fear and horror. I was in my house, the first floor. I decided to walk up to the top floor and wander around. I switched my map view. To my horror, there were purple dots moving towards the first floor. Lots. I ran as fast as I could towards the first floor, freaking out once again. I saw them, and said to myself, "Wait, these are corrupt people; they're troops!" Suddenly, all of us were in the third-floor ship, and hundreds of people with guns started walking into the largest room on the ship, which looked like a giant dining room/movie theater/auditorium. A blond woman carrying an automatic weapon walked up to us and said something like, "We're not gone yet. We've still got a chance." My dream faded to white with optimistic music. I found myself looking at my house from across my street, under some redwood trees. It was a bright, happy, sunny day. I looked up, and saw a blue sky. I knew something had been lifted. One of my dad's old cars was sitting in front of me. I still was trying to get those two things, so I hopped into the passenger seat. I was warm, like I remembered it. I looked in the glove box, when a friend of mine got into the driver's seat and started the car. This has happened in a dream before, and I said to myself, "Oh god not again." He pulled out of the driveway and started pulling donuts in the street while I held on for dear life. When he stopped and went back into the driveway I asked him why he always does that, and I finally woke up. My interpretation of the cause of these dreams: The sitting/corruption thing - I've been sick and sitting in a chair because I'm too tired to move around. My sub is probably unhappy and wants endorphins. The aliens - I've been watching too much Stargate: Universe. There was a lot more to the dreams, but it is beyond my capabilities to remember them past an intangible feeling and almost completely faded memory.

Hey guys I bought some vitemin B6. Will report effects tomorrow
Is mixing it in with other drinks such as milk alright? I've done that and it's affected my recall quite a bit.
I guess. I don't remember the exact facts about cinnamon.
Hey guys I bought some vitemin B6. Will report effects tomorrow
Don't take too much. That's bad. Treat it like any other vitamin.
I just asked my sub about my dream; why there was no black fog in the last dream, and if the long dream was some sort of test. He told me, "I just like messing with you!" and burst out in maniacal laughter. :saddowns:
I had a dream where I was at my school, in the corridor, and these 2 asses came. I was holding an amazingly carved sculpture that I did somehow. One broke it, so I kinda went along, and managed to pull the ceiling down on top of them. Then a tornado came and brought a van full of them. The trees came alive and beat the shit out of all of them. Then they went into the van, shouted "WE'LL BE BACK TO COLLECT THE GREEN FLIES HATS!" then I woke up. Crazy shit
As for cinnamon, DO NOT EAT A TEASPOON OF CINNAMON. That is the "Cinnamon Challenge" and I do not recommend it. Stick with Vitamin B.
I ate a tablespoon of cinnamon without even blinking. Had some epic dreams that night, too.
Damn, subconscious is so confusing some times. I don't how tell if it's telling me an answer based on placebos or if it's telling me the correct answer. [editline]8th April 2011[/editline] Probably why I avoid sub contact.

It's my mind; I don't care if its not the way everything else is." Now communication with K is a lot clearer for me.
