I just had a dream I was in a hotel with some old dude and a bunch of his security guys, all of which where trying to catch me. I escaped using a strobe spotlight and a laser pointer.
It seems I can never punch someone in a dream, because A. I don't swing hard enough, B. I miss, or C. My fist phases right through their face.
Makes sense, I have never actually punched someone in the face IRL.
You're not fully lucid is why. It takes practice, so don't worry.
Besides, isn't flying fun? I absolutely love flying in my dreams~
Flying is fun, but I'd like to do something new, like breathe underwater or so.
I breathed underwater once. I was walking in a forest, and there was a log over a river. The river had no bottom. I walked across it, but slipped half way. I fell, falling at full speed underwater, looking up at my dad and brother.
I also recently had a dream where I died and went to the afterlife. It was terrifying. :v:
Gonna try to dream these:
Requiem for a Dream
Un Chien Andalou
Metropolis
I swear these will beat the shit out of Avatar.
last night I had a lot of trouble distinguishing my dreams from reality, even after I woke up
I was woken up by the doorbell today. I had to get up and answer it right away, so I remember NOTHING from my dreams tonight :c
Erm. Was I the only one to read the op?
Probably. I don't really need to read it, considering I wrote the first one.
It does have good information, though. More people should read it.
I read parts of it
[sp]Sometimes, I wonder who actually reads the OP.[/sp]
Any ways, if anyone's interested, I typing out my dream journals into dream views. Here's the link:

I'm still a long way from finishing it just so you guys know.
I already did an ideomotor with a yo-yo and posted about it before. I just want to confirm if it was my sub and not just my expected answer making it move. Besides, you can't really get a proper conversation with your sub like that as far as I know.
So laying in bed trying to get to sleep just now I suddenly hear a PWHOOOOOOM kinda sound, almost like the sound of a car driving past you really fast, but not quite.
I realise this is an awful description but its the best i can manage
Any ideas as to why that happened?

That was probably exploding head syndrome.

So... How old are you? :3
Hahaha, I'm 19 with a girlfriend I've been dating for over a year now. I still have sex dreams, but they're never about her lol.
I've been trying to get lucid dreams recently with some success. In fact for the last 3 nights in a row I have been able to get fully lucid dreams, however an odd thing is that I can't control the dream-world. I can manipulate objects and material, but I can't make actual changes to the landscape. So I just created my own separate planet, and have been talking to my subconcious who has chosen the name "subdrew".
I honestly don't find dream mirrors scary, when I look into them I see my own image.. Most of the time it's actually normal... My realistic dreams don't help me with reality checks. :(
I think its kinda placebo effect some of the time with mirrors.

Breathe underwater...
Water just doesn't feel the same in dreams :smith:

Oh you dirty bastard...
[sp]It's a platonic relationship isn't it?[/sp]
I think I had some sort of lucid dreaming the other night, with no training whatsoever. I was fully aware that i was dreaming.
I'm going to eat some bananas before I go to bed, wonder if it will help with recall/vividness.

Some people call it exploding head syndrome, although that's technically not correct (EHS is when that happens at random times even when you are awake).
What you had was basically just auditory hallucinations. It's your brain checking that your ears still work before it shuts down for the night.

It actually is not, haha. I used to actually get annoyed because all she wanted to do was have sex to the point that it almost felt like a chore. We still have sex quite regularly, so I don't know why I still have sex dreams.
[editline]9th January 2012[/editline]
On a different note, I'm definitely going to start keeping a dream journal. I often have like dream amnesia or else major deja vu. I'll think that I dreamed the same thing a long time ago, but I never remember. Also, is there a way to effectively use lucid dreaming? I'm trying to think of ways to be productive in my dreams, haha. Practicing speeches and shit. I wish I had more control of my dreams and that I could dream more vividly. I think lucid dreaming would be amazing, it's almost like living another life.
I never have sex dreams, awww
Anyone got any tips on being in control in LDs? I get them quite often after having started a while ago, and yet I can still barely fly, if that.
I never have sex dreams, awww
They're great. Somehow I manage to pool in older babe pussy. We're talking 20-28. Tis hot.

I'm guessing you're about 14-15.
I've been having some weird dreams about karaoke singing with everything and everyone I've ever dreamed about. Everybody was also singing, too. It was weird because there was absolutely no violence like in my other dreams. It was a nice change of pace.

How good is your imagination? I find imagination to be really helpful in LDs. On days when i'm really feeling inspired and creative, I can do crazy things, like fireballs, or having a chat with my sub on a blimp being pulled by turtles. On days I'm feeling awful, I don't really get LDs.
Offtopic, I talked to C (my sub) About the boot dream. He said I need to stop watching so much spike and barley. I kind of stared at him, he stared back...
Then we laughed pretty hard and conjoured a TV with, you guessed it, spike and barley. Can't even get away from em in my dreams, but I'm ok with that.
Sorry if this has been asked before, but any tips on making lucid dreams last longer? When I have them, they'll last about a minute or two.
I'm guessing you're about 14-15.
Guessing you didn't read the last page.
When you having sexz in dreams. Are you feeling it, or do you just watch it?
Wait, If mirrors is purely placebo why dont we just remove it from the OP to stop others from getting the idea?
