It's called SELF confidence for a reason. We can't just give you self confidence.

Work on your body. I like to put my emotions into it, and in return I get a nicer body and more confidence.
Body building, running, swimming, football, American football, etc.

You didn't look hard enough. Go back inside yourself and dig it up. If all else fails, have a chat with your inner child. Maybe something in the past did this to you.
I used to be a nerd, I was really fat, had a long and dirty hair (that I regret letting grow) and thought I was really what people said I was when they insulted me. Then I started doing exercises, cut my hair and started thinking to myself that I was better than what those people who insulted me said I was, and this change helped me. Just think that your life is much better than many other people's, and that it can be even better.
You can obviously decide on your self confidence, as it all comes from what you think about yourself. I made my life better, why can't you?
Philosophy can do wonders for you. Whether it's Christian, Confucian, Platonic, Romantic, or whatever you'll find something you like and can live by.

I grew one for the first time recently, and for some strange reason I was a lot more confident when I had it :s
Then I accidentally fucked it up yesterday and had to shave it off. Can't wait until it grows back.
