haven't edited anything properly for a long while now (because of shooting black and white film), trying to remember how to do it

can someone give me a hand here- do the colours look too weird or what?
i honestly can't tell any more, i've been staring at it for too long
S.I. Howard Glass just E-mailed me back!
Borosilicate/Borofloat glass is what's hot for optics/ground glass according to them!
I'm not so sure I'd be wanting or needing borosilicate, but for you it's probably a great idea. I just need a piece to hold negatives down, I could probably get away with window glass even.
Though that'd require quite a bit of lapping. I've also heard framing glass is good.

Not very saturated, but a good look
omG Did u shoot dat video wit a cardbord box?
Yes...A little cardboard and a whole lot of patience, and a test image is made!
I wanted to make sure my humble tlr lens would cover the entire polaroid frame.
I had the lens a little to far right, hence the heavy vignette. I think it will just BARELY work.

Instagrammed for good measure.

It has a very very light purple tinge to it but IMO that works better at showing "I'm wet and cold" than blue alone.
got 3 rolls of film to be developed, off to go get them done now so there will be an influx of photographs tomorrow.. hold tight guys:)

You won't get punched.
Enjoy.
It's one of those shitty shows where the band isn't on a stage and they are like a foot away from the crowd. Pretty much this exactly (except different band)

Have fun with it man, you could always announce that you're filming the show and the guys who are there will respect that and make effort not to make contact with you. I know I would!
[editline]15th February 2013[/editline]
also, only two of my rolls came out:( the one that didn't was the last roll to be shot by my Carena that stopped working so I reckon she took it to her camera grave. Got some good content on what came out though, some nice double exposures!
I got to stand behind the band just like that video, didn't get hit :)

They don't really seem that into it. The fad probably never hit Asia much and Kai was like "just do this".

True.

The darker the country, the more searches for Harlem Shake.
I'm trying to not watch any of the Harlem shake videos, so far I haven't seen one. Never been a fan of YouTube trends
Same, and I've never seen a Gangnam video either. I'm not even sure what it is.
You missed out on some awesomeness when it was fresh.
They had one at my school, any time memes reach a university social level they are well past their prime
I enjoy them while they last, just as long I don't seek these trends out, I find they will pass without getting too irritating to me
Yeah see they played Gangnam on SAFM (local radio station, pop/hits) for 2 months straight every 15 minutes and they play this radio station over my shopping centre's PA, drove me insane.
never saw the video, but my brother would blare it to get me out of bed. started to hate gangham style really quick.
Gangnam style is still fun when drinking in a club mind you, seeing 500 people do the same dance badly and intoxicated is great
i remember being part of a room of drunk people singing auld lang syne
it was so tragic, nobody was in time with the tv or each other
I'm kinda sick now and tried to think of ways to express that miserable feeling of a bad cold in picture form but I couldn't think of anything but handkerchiefs(weird word)
take a self portrait and use photoshop to modify your face caricature-style to accentuate your ill features
What do you guys use to view your images on the computer. I find the default windows viewer alters the color profile and so the image looks darker than it should. Picasa is decent but there are some things I dislike about it.

Haven't experienced any problems with the default viewer. Did change the colour of the backdrop to black and my dad's PC had problems with the viewer covering the image with a yellow-ish cast.
Found a really good program for viewing photos, has GPU acceleration so you there are not as many slowdowns and also views RAW files. Optionally displays EXIF data and histogram stuff in a really neat way.
