I didn't know you had a nex, that's awesome! You are goin to have to tell me what lens you like the most, for me the 55mm is my favorite thus far.
Well i've had it since the begin of februari, but haven't used it a lot because my main use for the nex was to use alternative lenses but because the adapters took so long i havent barely used it.
Buy a D800E.
Purchased and bought a big fisheye lens for sick skating videos with skrillex on them!
I don't understand if you have those cameras (or most DSLRs for that matter) why would you even use a phone for anything, let alone taking pictures of your gear? blahrgh
You know, all his gear is heavy. The phone is a way better camera because he can fit it in his pocket!
I take pictures of my gear with my phone. Can't really take pictures of my camera otherwise :P Can't think of what else to do with Instagram, there just isn't enough control on the iPhone to take the style of photos I normally do. But to each his own!
guys, i've been forcing myself to carry my camera at all times and keep it in my hands whenever im walking anywhere for more than 5 minutes and taking photos as often as i can and it's resulted in some of (in my opinion) my best work in just the past 2 days. Going to continue for the rest of the week and i'll probably have them up by the weekend because due to work/school/girlfriend I don't have the time to properly sit down and edit my photos so I will probably do it on sunday. Another thing, my dad has won a spot to take part in an open track day at Manchester Velodrome and I've got a VIP pass to the stalls in the middle and I'm going to be shooting for him! :D [editline]22nd May 2012[/editline] also, i wonder if you guys can help me to help a friend.. a mate who's in the band i photog frequently has asked me to help him find a camera to shoot video diaries for the bands general escapades with a budget of £200 ($315).. any help?
Some of my photos in my school's engineering thing got in the daily herald :D http://www.dailyherald.com/article/20120520/news/705209890/photos/ if article is broken (which it is atm) http://www.dailyherald.com/article/20120520/news/705209890/

Onto a field? Any chance of survival for it?
It was from a news agency, so it would have been insured anyway.

I'd imagine that's what a photog-oriented james bond would use Must feel amazing to open that thing and pull out some tan metal beasts
They should make a James bond movie but about cameras
But would it have cameras that shot bullets or guns that took pictures?!
Took pictures I mean how else do high value targets have a face to go with their description? Could include high stress moments like the shutter advance lever getting jammed, not enough light without a flash to take a picture, having to use a non name brand teleconverter in a desperate pinch Sounds sooo good
But would it have cameras that shot bullets or guns that took pictures?!
I remember hearing about this anime, skip to 1:50 the guy got some crazy power that bound him to his camera, and depending on his focus it can act as a sharp sniping bullet or a broad explosion the rest of it looks way too over the top anime though
How much does a hipster weigh? [sp] AN INSTAGRAM![/sp] harharhar
uhhhhhhhhhhhh
it's anime I ain't gotta 'splain shit
I took some photos today. I had it as ISO 800 the entire time. Since my sensor is tiny, it's just washed all the colours out.

(i'm using photoshop for HDR right now)
did you have the slider to -2 in the first shot, 0 in the second and +2 in the third?
did you have the slider to -2 in the first shot, 0 in the second and +2 in the third?
yeah [editline]27th May 2012[/editline] i'm going to use photomatix instead, this afternoon. after reading some more guides its seems like photomatix is recommended a lot more than PS
Do any UK peoples have a spare half-decent laptop that they don't need? Mine just died.
I use plastic frames, with a metal bit that connects the stick/support to the frames. [editline]28th May 2012[/editline] But dammit, I wish I had more Flickr space. Taking pictures of Tropical Storm Beryl used a lot of space on my SD card.
