What kinds of levels/curves make a filter that looks like the one on Battlefield 3 and Three Kings?

You have to go to a desert, have lots of subjects that are mainly tan or yellow coloured, then make the darks bluey.

Okay so maybe my screen selection was poor, but on Caspian Border in BF3 (a forest map) it has the exact same filter applied. And it looks awesome.
Back from my bear busters trip. Unfortunately no bears. But the huge amount of greenery made up for it(not really). I think I got wonderful framing on a few of'em. I was shooting with film while four other kids using Rebels didn't know how to adjust their iso or shutter speed, so I did the kind thing and helped.

I would have clubbed them to death with my Zenit. I'm not to kind towards people who have expensive cameras and no idea how to use them.

The first thing I did once I got my hands on my schools 5Ds was thumb through the manual.
If you're going to use the automatic mode all the time why buy such a camera.

The Nikon D3200 has the 2nd best aps-c sensor ever made according to DxO Mark.
Wow.
but also, why?
I can understand it's usage in terms of making yourself known as a photographer locally to an extent.
I will eventually make one, can be decent for networking too
i am graduating from highschool, into the man realm.

basically this, rarely anyone in my local area uses flickr and I don't want to flood my own facebook with photo uploads.

on an unrelated note, going through this breakup has been really hard on me. She wants us to stay close friends but that just makes me territorial and jealous, i've also lost like 5 kg over the past week because I havn't even had the motivation to eat.
it's fucked. I don't know what to do, I don't know if I should try to get her back or just leave it

Yeah, it's packed with features too.
By far my largest complaints about this camera are the nonstandard shutter release and the lack of a mic jack
D3200 fixes one of those and adds one of the best sensors on the market

Don't get me wrong, I love my d3100, but daaaaym nikon tell me the next time you plan on pulling shit like that on me again

some cameras aren't announced til only days before specifically so sales don't decline on the models they're going to replace
Marketing... It's a crazy thing.
so you guys know that chic fil a dealie that I've been dealing with for a while, starting with having to fix proshooter dude's lazy recon pictures and going to town to get shots of more stuff? I went down there the other day for more pictures, got 75% of the way back home, and was told there were more pictures that needed to be taken and was yelled at a bunch, so I had to go back into chicago at night to get a total of 6 shots fired off in three seconds. Was overjoyed.
I got excited recently for the watch dogs game thing, just watched the gameplay trailer, and the whole thing it takes place at that exact god forsaken intersection of all places on the planet
also the sun position is to the north, which either means it's mid-summer and he's wearing a heavy leather jacket or the city rotated 90 degrees and the sun is setting in the fall

More like 1200D, D3xxx series is the lowest price range of production models.
