also I've been in a car accident myself last year. My dad slowed down, used indicators and everything right and a car behind us didn't even look at the road and slammed into the back of my dads car.

my brother and his friends were in a car accident. the kid riding passenger died and they had to remove him with the jaws of life. my brother broke the back window glass and crawled out and cut part of his ear off. they sewed it back on fortunately.

To be honest, I would have done the same thing. If everyone was okay, and it wasn't dangerous to be around (leaking fuel or something) I would take pictures too. Its interesting. Although it sucks having the shit scared out of you and your car pretty much totaled.

On a side note, we almost got in a rollover once. My mom decided it would be a brilliant idea to take a turn at a intersection at 55 mph (highway speedlimit) in a Chevy Tahoe. We powerslid but we didn't slide off the road fortunately. Otherwise, we would have been fucked.
