Awesome stuff!
Suggestions:
Use cursor: pointer; for the upload link.
Remove the lightbox for the view image thing -- it isn't really necessary (imo).
Don't use Javascript for the rounded corners (CSS3 will support rounded corners I think)
Offer a basic HTML upload if Javascript isn't detected (use <noscript>)
Apart from that, awesome work. Wish I had the talent to make something like that in a day :/

I can't use cursor: pointer; I have my reasons.
There isn't a lightbox xD - but I get what you mean, I'm removing it now.
CSS3 isn't supported by many browsers, a javascript alternative is probably my best bet because I'm not using images.
Yeah, I'll note the noscript idea, It will probably be in effect whenever I have time.
mp3 and wav support pls?
.tar.gz support
.7z support
.txt, .ini, .doc ... the list goes on.
Yeah, adding a load of file types after I've ironed out some bugs.

Yep, nice and fast. Will be using this when more filetypes are added.
Increase the file size limit to 10GB then it will be really useful.
What legal files could possible be 10GB, unless you're gonna upload hd frap recordings and share them with your friends, which would be dumb.
I hope you have configured your server properly as .swf is a potentially dangerous filetype? As with .ini
Imo he should only have allowed .rar and .zip, not all the other file types. This way it'd be a lot easier, and it'd basically support anything uploaded, as long as it was compressed.

I think this too. Maybe a few image files too.

Nah. Easier just supporting a wide range of file types for convenience. Besides, .rar and .zip are supported.
