Cause that keeps happening to me, I'm beginning to doubt my psyche. I keep losing myself in those moments, just going back several years and all the emotions overwhelm me, it's weird as hell

it doesn't just happen with media it happens with places and food and everything, mostly when I'm all alone

like just recently I walked into the old computer room and sat down and remembered like 10 years at the same time
maybe you wish you were still a kid playing those games and perhaps those were nicer times in your life.

I'll be honest this song does it for me

every year since I got it, I've played this game over the final weekend of school holidays, besides summer holidays, where I'd play through all the KH games that were out at the time. Out of all of them, this is the one that means the most to me, every time I put the disc into my ps2, hear those waves, that music... It's an intense emotion even thinking about it.

in only a week my final school holidays begin, and it'll be the end of my little tradition. I'll join Sora and his friends on his adventure one more time before I have to become part of the real world, between finding work and studying, I guess it'll be awhile until I go on that journey again.

I'm sorry that sounded so cheesy and melodramatic
I guess I need more time alone, I need time where I can be by myself and just think.

I wish I could stay a kid for a little longer
As much as I appreciate how fast life moved as a kid, I can't help but think that life was really a distorted view of the facts. Can't say whether it was better or worse because it moved way too quickly for me.
I'm in the last bit of those fast years and what's coming up looks even worse than now. I'm not looking forward to finishing school, despite that fact that it's killing me.

when I was a kid and people talked to me about all the romantic fantasy of being a kid and all that I used to be like "wow what idiots being a kid is still real"
now I look back and its like jesus life until graduation was just so not real

The only advantage is being able to maintain a sense of blissful ignorance.

Sometimes I see my name written somewhere. Then I start to think "that's me, like, when people refer to harry they are referring to ME," then i feel weird and get all these memories of childhood and feel very unreal for a while. Does that happen to anyone else. Also sometimes happens when I look at my face in a mirror.

I saw a pic of my old primary school and all these nostalgic 'feels' washed over me.

New Beck tune reminds me of some other band but I can't put my finger on it.
Sounds similarish to Pheonix. or Steve Malkmus.
That could be it.

People always say that labels are a really good way to find music, but discovering music this way has disappointed me so much. Labels with no image are lame.
I'm lookin' at you Sargent House and Sub Pop.
sargent house is awesome but they are not cohesive by any means because they are a GOOD LABEL. sub pop is the same. they are great labels with pretty much universally high quality artists.
some of those early sub pop singles were incredible
Yeah, that's my only issue with them. Sargent House and Sub Pop just seem to grab whatever they like, which is cool, but it's hard to to sift through some of it.
vedi, you just got me back into the mega64 podcast
thanx:wink:
what podcasts do you guyz listen to? I only listen to Giant Bomb, 8-4 Play and recently Idle Thumbs.
