Anyone know Gruhak? If anyone likes classic rock check these guys out, they do the best covers of classic rock songs I've ever seen in my life. http://www.youtube.com/user/Gruhak?feature=watch Especially Led Zeppelin. The lead singer has the perfect voice
FUCK. Only like five hours in to trying to learn how to play I broke an E string because I'm a fucking moron and tightened it too far.
How does this happen???? I've been playing quite a lot for 3 years (I guess) and I have not ever broken a string (although 3 years is not long). I've even see basses survive after being tuned an octave too high (with regular strings) so?????? Electric tuners are great for avoiding stuff like this btw.

I was hearing it rattle a shitload (probably because I was playing it wrong) and tried to tune it to avoid that :v: I now realize how stupid of an idea this is.
every time my bass breaks a string, i usually start bleeding first, playing way to hard

Anybody know of a song with a dramatic vocal, in which you can hear emotion and pain in the singing? For some reason I love that kind of thing. I guess I'm in that mood right now.
hope it goes well stizzy whats the position
graphic design internship i think that's the best way to word it
Hey butt heads, how you would guys suggest learning about like music notation and such? I'm a singer and usually do musical theatre stuff but how would should I go about being more learned and not playing by ear?
learn piano/keys for basic music theory and go from there
graphic design internship i think that's the best way to word it
an internship at a GD shop sounds like you're asking to be bored all day
im taking music 6 this fall im excited, because all i know is tabs, or by ear
I took piano for 8 years and wish I still did it's probably the best instrument for learning music theory, since you learn both treble and bass clef
graphic design internship i think that's the best way to word it
proud of you b good luck xx
my friend has an electric organ in his garage, i play it for hours.

It's a shame because I see them going for cheap.
