If you can afford it, get a Yamaha DGX-640 or 650, really cheap but really good, properly weighed keys and all.
I remember we had to transport our family upright in pieces and reassemble it when we/my grandmother moved. :v: I was young but my father and a friend had to carry it up 5 floors.

Any song I could learn on a 4 (3) string bass that is easy enough to learn and doesn't require an E string?
