thank you for my first immature joke today
Dropping in to tell you all that my brother, during a visit to Iceland for a protest, got a lighter from Bjork's mother. So yeah, I got connections.
I think the thing he was protesting was some dam, the effects of which were briefly mentioned in that Sigur Rós Heima documentary. That documentary was way cool.

Writing this essay and I'm currently discussing French New Wave cinema and im talking about Godard and it really makes me want to just go and watch some of his films. He's brilliant and incredibly smart but I've always thought of Godard as the rebellious teenager of the entire film industry. I mean that in a good way. He's ironically obvious, clearly political and Marxist, hopelessly romantic but futile. Hes the coolest man in cinema history and thats a fact.

Breathless is the coolest film ever made Pulp Fiction is a knockoff Tarantino is the poor mans Godard

At what point did you stop realising that foreign language movies are gay, and begin to drift into the realms of pure film weirdo? You open your mind too much u're brain will fall out. Out of your ass. All the more room for you to crawl right up inside.
I'd like us all to momentarily consider the fact that The Big Bang Theory does not yet have a movie. One day it will, and our faith in modern cinema will be restored. You wait and see.
The first and last time I cared about a movie being foreign or not and that effecting my enjoyment was Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
Tbh I hated crouching tiger and I think ang lee is a terrible director
mmm dis new flaming lips ep. maybe i should read ender's game after all.

That is a terrifying thought.
If you like the big bang theory you should probably reassess your entire life tbh

Nail. Head. Hit.
[QUOTE=Clovis;42774744]Enjoying it is seriously something I cannot grasp why, I can't even ironically joke about how bad it is, it is so mind-numbingly boring and stale that I can't help but wonder how people can legitimately find it funny in any aspect[/QUOTE]

Fun fact: the "BANG!" at the end of the introduction represents the millions of people that have a sense of humor committing suicide simultaneously

Just because you don't enjoy a thing doesn't mean other people can't enjoy the same thing. Just so you know.

spoken like someone who never watched 30 Rock or Parks & Rec
both fantastic, fantastic shows
parks are rec isnt that good imo
[editline]6th November 2013[/editline]
i like 30 rock and signfeld though
I never got the Big Bang Theory. Like my friends will say "Oh yeah you should totally watch it", but it looks like it just exploits making fun of people for being nerds. And not even real nerds, like the fake nerds who want to be identified as one.

Parks & Rec takes a few episodes to get into, where it really shines imo is the casting
Seinfeld is perfection
[editline]November 6, 2013[/editline]
on the topic of Seinfeld I'm watching Curb Your Enthusiasm for the first time ever and every single fucking episode is perfect
I love "awkward" humor
I can't stand "awkward" style humour mostly, The Office UK is probably one exception.
