i wonder what kind of groundbreaking album they will release next
which genre will they shamelessly recycle??????
will they save music yet again??????????????????????
'we are going to bring back the golden age of music'
releases disco throwback album
lol
Nme gave the album a 10/10 and that's why I never by NME anymore

NME are objectively terrible and will just jump on the next bandwagon to stay relevant. Giving Tom Odell a 0/10 is a prime example. I also remember when they did an article on Tyler then never mentioned him again.
lol hvae u seen rolling stones 2013 list though
that ram album was still plastic sounding... even when pressed on LP it didn't do anything for me.
Then you listen to the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack and you wonder why you ever bothered.

"Lets have some terrible music choices then throw in some ~world music~ to show how cultured we are.
Rolling stone is a horrible horrible joke

I didn't see any world music, I assumed all music was american
Rolling Stone isn't even worth thinking about

I read the piece on the Boston bomber, it was basically a Wikipedia article with some interviews thrown in but it was still pretty cool.
Rolling stone did a thing on major lazer, and they had a great pic of that Mohawk guy mid belly flop jump from an 8ft ladder onto a chick with his pants down and a cape on
That's my one rolling stone experience

Popular review sites are bad

Released a poor disco throwback album at that.
Pitchfork is pretty terrible too.
i always thought most of daft punks music was disco, just nu-disco
Pitchfork is pretty terrible too.
I still read P4K for the articles, their actual reviews are steaming piles of shit due to turbo whopper Ian Cohen.
I just go to RYM for reviews, a lot of the users are better writers than Pitchfork, NME, CoS, etc. staff
I've been listening to Eninem and ADTR instead of my usual prog metal or deathcore
i feel dirty

Both of their new albums are so catchy though
(i'm not gonna argue for core music haha)

everyone should listen to atleast the first 3 songs on this album
its so great
Foghat just followed me on Twitter. I feel the rock and roll now!
So apparently i'm going to Warped Tour next year.
I have a lot of friends that are super into that "scene" and claim the music changes their lives and stuff. I mean, it's good and all, but the emphasis on "inspiring the masses" seems a bit ridiculous at times after watching interviews and stuff.

Just go with friends and have a fun time. Unless you really hate the music.
Just found out about this great instrument called theorbo. It sounds absolutely amazing, looks kinda funny tho.
