sounds like a Thriller out-take with "Workin' Day and Night" samples over it, much better than the other out-takes so far.
Hey guys my friend got to panteras official site, please vote him up :). http://pantera.com/coversfromhell2014/ Its the Mouth for war bass cover, yellow shirt in thumbnail.
I'm hurt that my 10's cover is not on the list. [editline]2nd May 2014[/editline] Also I came here to ask if anyone knew that Job For A Cowboy had released a new album last year? I guess they're just fading to irrelevancy, but I think it sounds pretty damn creative riff-wise. I've always been a fan of dude's vocals too. I thought they stopped being a thing in 2009 tbh [editline]awd[/editline] digging that first track tho [editline]awd[/editline] also that album was from april 2012, that was 2 years ago. it's 2014
sounds better than the other shit they used to make. they're really doing newer death metal justice imo. a lot of it is extremely stale and boring just people trying to keep metal as what it was 20-30 fucking years ago, or just be as technical and wankery as possible [editline]2nd May 2014[/editline] still better than anything ive listened to from Cannibal Corpse now that is a fucking TERRIBLE band
No. Torture is amazing. I respect Cannibal Corpse for taking Death Metal away from the technical wankery you're talking about. Seems like their newest two albums are way more focused on song writing and the way the riffs work together than just being technical.

http://bubblegumoctopus.bandcamp.com/album/critters-2 holy fucking shit i love Bubblegum Octopus so much I've loved everything he's released ever since i started listening to him. with every other band/artist, the magic fades after a while, but not with BgO. I'm gonna have to buy this even though i literally don't have any money
i have newfound love for boris' hardcore version of vein at first i hated it but now i love it
Fun Vein fact: It was recorded two years before being released, cause Atsuo wanted the vinyl to be very specific, and it took the label two years to finally get it right Also Noise Vein > Hardcore Vein
I went and saw Boris after only having listened to Amplifier Worship. I really had no idea about the band. I was like watf this the entire show..

Dunno where else to post this so I might as well plug it here. For the last couple of months I've put together a tribute compilation to Swans. It came out yesterday and people seem to like it so that's good I guess. There's over thirty artists on there and a lot of the songs are over ten minutes so I really don't expect anyone to listen to it all the way through but yeah, it's there if you wanna check it out. Pretty pleased with the end result. NMH are neato but the hype is way too over the top, no band I know is worthy of that kind of hype.
