Have all of How to Dress Well's early EPs with Cokc Dokc disappeared from the web? From what I'm reading they apparently were released free, but like his soundcloud no longer has them and I can't find any old links on his blog.
any fans of Limp Bizkit?
don't know how I acquired a taste for it but I did
I know most peeps on here hate the whole vaporwave meme rap thing, but I'm trying to find music that has the same sort of feel that bladee has, that sort of weird emptiness that was also on 808's and heartbreak.

The whole using auto tune to get that sort of empty feeling is rad af to me, but it's hard to find artists that use it that way, ja feel?
might have already heard it dunno
I'm not a fan of Limp Bizkit but I am a fan of covers that are better than their originals.

bones is def the best in the game but he also came before like yung lean and whtvr so he has the cred of not jumping on a trend which is a major aspect of my very case-by-case judgements of these artists. if i feel like they are trying too hard I will probably hate them but sometimes there is really good stuff that actually feels genuine and I can back it hard. Same for vaporwave in general and the net-art around it. It can be REALLY good, I have seen some honestly fantastic net-art/vaporwave art, but i think the bar is set low and the talent threshold is also not high at all so there's so much shit and cos it's trendy everyone wants to be cool and support the latest gimmick smh it is a big circlejerk of weird nerds
I thought the trend already passed.

If anyone can find a more pretentious interview with a musician than this http://www.markprindle.com/spruance-i.htm, then I'd gladly rate all your posts winner forever and ever

I saw the URL and immediately knew what the interview would be like. Mr. Bungle are a cool band, but I just can't stand Trey Spruance as a person.
Mike Patton, though...he's cool

Try out "Big Blood & the Bleeding Hearts" and "Space Gallery"
I have a list on RYM ranking my favorite albums from them, if you're interested.
Here's the list: https://rateyourmusic.com/list/Eyefunk/im_just_loving_the_things_i_dont_understand__big_blood_ranked/
I've never listened to the Smiths and Morrissey before. Where should I start?
A different band.

there's not really a method of getting into them, just get any album tbh.
I never really got it until I heard Morrissey's live album.

also something VERY strange happened to me, now bare with me because this kind of crap only happens to me and nobody else ok. Involves no asians either.
I was at a jazz-funk show, great stuff, good mix of arab/jazz.
And I saw Andy Hamilton in the lobby (the short guy from Q.I., with the eyebrow).
Awesome dude, he's hilarious. I shook the guy's hand and all was good.
Then when I got home, I read his bio and found out that he has no thumb on his right hand. :pwn:
I'm now doubting my very existence tbh.
He came into a restaurant i worked in and I can confirm he is missing a thumb
did you shake the hand with no thumb
please tell me you did

yes..
well.. on the brighter side, at least he had a hand.

I would say that you should listen to The Smiths studio album discography first, there isn't a particular order to them but listening to them in chronological order is better IMO since you can hear the evolution of the bands sound. Have to say though that my favourite two albums are their self titled début and their last studio album Strangeways, Here We Come. After that I think Morrissey's solo stuff is solid but some albums are better than others. Those being his solo début Viva Hate, Southpaw Grammar, Viva Hate and You Are The Quarry.
Miley>Morrissey
ok come on this isn't funny anymore
remember when morrissey said chinese people were subhumans
I mean TBH he had a fair point about animal welfare but being himself he had to say that.
