I choked on a mozzarella stick once. Had a phobia of them for like a year. Didn't have any till the year after that, which was this year.

I mean, I [I]really[/I] choked on it. Not where I could cough it up instantly. It got lodged in my throat and I actually ran out of air before I could successfully cough it out, so I had to try and breath through a tiny opening in my throat, which was horribly painful since fried crumbs were flying off the mozzarella stick and into my windpipe.
That went on for a horrid few seconds, mixed with coughing and a tinge of fear, when I decided that I had to reach my fingers back there and pull it out.
