Ahh thank you OP just made up a batch. Had no mozza but did it with cheddar instead and it still tasted gooood.
I had some mozzarella sticks in New York City. They were so fucking awesome, I would of had them for a main meal not just a starter.

Mozzarella sticks are so motherfucking good, only thing you can do to make them even better is to grate the mozzarella, shred jalapeno in it, then cool them again so it's mozzarella-jalapeno stuff, then make sticks out of it. You'll have awesome mozzarella-jalapeno sticks which are [B]fucking tasty[/B]!

It was mozzerella sticks that made me like cheese; years ago someone I know kept on getting me to try one even though I hated cheese at the time, and by chance the stick I ate was completely hollow, no cheese there at all. I thought it tasted great and ordered my own basket of sticks, only to eat a normal one and be completely shocked and the epic cheesieness. I didn't like it at first but carried on eating so I wouldn't have wasted my money. By the time i'd finished the basket I had converted to a mozzerella stick uberfan and i've never looked back since.
In other words: cheese = mouthgasm
