I'm all for the basic Red Facepunch Logo.
Think of it this way too. If it's just the basic Facepunch logo, anyone on the forum could order them. Increase the price a little, then profit.
I'm feeling this as the patch design,

White border, white interior. Your browser will show the whole background as white but save it or something, it's white bordered with a transparent background.
Or when could do A black border, with a black logo, and white in the spaces.

Before you go OMG I DONT LIKE IT ( if you don't ) Imagine how it will look embroidered.
Embroidered patches also charge you on how many colors you have among other things. Red and White can't be a lot compared to the more obscure military colors like Foliage Green.

Maybe just make a full colour red patch and along with OD, tan and grey versions so that it can be used with any camo pattern.

We really should just decide on one design and color set. If we go off picking multiple color sets, we're going to get fucked over on the price.
I wouldn't mind having a red one, although an OD one would be cool as well. Shit, I remember designing the FP logo for a patch in the old airsoft group, I might go try and find it.

I thought I could make something more..professional with as little colors as possible. Don't mind the terrible fill jobs, if we need to refine it, it can be done later. I like the plain Facepunch logo, but wouldn't it be nice to have an IFAP Facepunch Logo? With this logo, I can put in the full name of IFAP too if it's wanted.
Rate agree if you guys like it. Also, there's a white ring around the border, it just doesn't show up in the forums.

Just an OD/CB recolor. Nice and simple.
I feel like the Patches with that text on them, would either be patches that are kinda too big to be cool, or they'll be just the right size and you won't be able to make out what the text says.

Red one goes with ALL colors BECAUSE it doesn't match any of them. It's like wearing a Red, White and Blue American Flag on a uniform. It's universal because it represents a faction and the pride of being part of it.
I like Nivek's, although I could live with the black border one Identity proposed. (Another color to pay for however)

This is a good way to do variations of different camo types, I vote stuff like this, if we [B]have[/B] to do variations.

That's true as well, just afraid that the bright red and white would compromise the camouflage.
I'm cool with whatever though. Just as long as I can get something that represents FP.
You guys have a good point. If the letters are too small to read then what's the point? Personally, I really like the black with the white border and whatever color you want the facepunch logo to be. It could be tan, brown, white, red, OD, whatever everybody agrees on. I like the black and white because it gives good contrast and, unlike if you had just the facepunch logo in a color, such as if you had an OD facepunch and an OD chest rig with it on that, you wouldn't be able to see it. With the black, it gives it a solid background which contrasts it and makes it look better IMO.
We should all agree to disagree and just go for the basic red facepunch logo, white interior, black border.
It fits with everything, one solid payment, we don't gotta go crazy getting color quotes for like 10 different designs.

Actually, now that I think about it, I think I'd prefer no text on this patch. As much as I like IFAP, I'd prefer to keep it a clean symbol.

Yes, but like Deathmog said it would just blend with it, and basically be invisible (almost), when if it were red and white it could stand out a bit.
Plus again, the one design in one order saves time, confusion, money.

It's OD as to present to dull profile on Camo and blends well with -most- camo patterns.
