This sounds fairly reasonable to me. It shouldn't be too small, it should be big enough to be worn on sleeves but small enough to fit on other patches of velcro or open space. ( I vote for heat-backing so it's universal, people who want velcro can add it, it's really not that difficult)

3.9 Inches is the consensus for size as of now.

Actually the logo is free use. The Creative Art forum or whatever used them to design shirts.
