Everyone buying a patch should throw down a dollar or so for the overall shipping, then for me to go buy stamps for the first time in my life. I'll be happy.
When the quotes come in we can do a little math and you can post how much we need to donate next to our names on that post you made. Did you send in the quote for the white or black border?
Also some places offer free samples. If that's the case, you should get one made and sent to you before production. Post pictures of course.

Alright I got a quote from American Patch.
We need to order a minimum of 50 patches...
$3.97/piece. Velcro backing is an extra $1.04/piece.
So $5.01 a piece for that company...
Got a new quote for 3 inch patches.
The cost would be $2.41/piece, plus an extra $0.78/piece for Velcro backing.
The 3-inch with the white border? We just need to make up the difference between 28~ people wanting patches and the 50 patches we're ordering. The total order comes to around $159.50 or so and with that being the case each of us so far would have to pay $5.70 a piece (Assuming the total number of patches we collectively want is 28) I think 5.70 is a reasonable price for everyone pay (Give or take a few bucks for postage/labor) and if more people want patches, the price should go down considerably depending on how many more step up to place orders.
I'm asking to lower the minimum for us. Cause we da best.
Worst case; we'll have a lot of spare patches, you're not out any money and you can give them away to everyone who orders (One freebie per order) and sell what's left to GD. (Or keep)

Each patch will be $4 (I'll round up to cover overall costs)
50 / $4 = $200, which will be enough for the order(plus shipping) then for me to go buy envelopes and stamps. Everyone comfortable with that?

I'll take another one then. I think the quickest time I can pay s this Friday in person because I don't have a paypal and if I wanted to use my dad's paypal, he would want money first and he only goes tothe bank on fridays and mondays

Velcro?
Personally, I think we could do without velcro. For a few bucks you can pick up a big pack of the stuff at Walmart. It also gives the option to sew it onto clothes and uniforms.
I asked him how much for the backing, either PVC, velcro, or otherwise, and I'm just waiting for a reply now. I'll be sure to post his reply.
