French Toast Ingredients * 1 egg * 2 egg whites * 1/4 cup milk * 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon * dash nutmeg * 8 slices French bread, sliced on diagonal Directions; In a shallow bowl, whisk egg and egg white until foamy. Whisk in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Have warming drawer heated or heat oven to 200°. Heat butter in heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Dip 4 slices of bread in the egg mixture, turning to coat thoroughly. Let excess drip back into bowl. Place coated bread slices in hot skillet. Cook, turning, until both sides are nicely browned, about 2 minutes each side. Transfer to a warm plate and keep warm in oven. Repeat with remaining bread and egg mixture. To serve, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired. Serve with maple syrup.
Recipe for my homemade burgers which have gotten lots of praise Ingredients *ground beef, however much you plan on making *soy sauce *Parmesan cheese *italian seasonings Directions: Take the ground beef and mush in around in a big bowl add around 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce (or just go by your eye) and mix it with the beef shred the cheese into the beef, however much you want to use, but dont use the whole hunk add enough italian seasoning so that most of the meat is lightly covered If you're cooking on a grill, get that started now, if using an oven, put it on broil When making a patty, grab meat about the size of your fist, roll it around and flatten it out If you're using a stove, place the patties on an oven pan with aluminum foil over it, if grilling, just toss those suckers on the grill Make sure to watch the burgers periodically, they tend to cook kinda quickly. Make sure to flip them over from time to time too. Right before the burger is done, add whatever cheese you put on them, and you're done!

You want to make 4 cakes in one try? You can even make 4 different cakes in one try with this: 30 eggs ] 2 kg sugar ] Wisk this into eggnog and leave it as it is. 2 litres milk 4,2 kg flour 1,8 kg melted butter 10 tablespoons bakingpowder 6 tablespoons vanille powder (you can decide what you'll make before mixing it, for an example; Applecake, Spice cake or a chocolate cake) Get the eggnog and pour it in a big pot, bowl whatever, just make sure that it can hold the mix. Mix the flour, baking-powder and the vanille powder together so it makes it easier to pour in the eggnog. Gently add the flour mix into the eggnog then add a little bit of the milk and the melted butter to make it easier to whisk the cake mix. When that's done, you get some molds and pour the mix in it. And if you want to make different cakes, you just pour enough in one or two molds then add the required ingrediense to make that cake. Applecake: Just pour the mix into all your molds, chop them apples, mix sugar and cinnamon and dip the apple boats in it and stick it in the mix and have some of that sugar and cinnamon over the cakes. Chocolate cake: Just add Nesquick until it is sufficient, then you have to make the icing for this. Spice cake: Add cloves, ginger and cinnamon to the mix and pour it in the molds and sprinkle littel sugar and cinnamon over it. Slap the cakes in the oven in 150 degree celsius for about 30 min, longer if needed.
