I've not had that many problems with KFC, I usually get the boneless chicken strip things they sell. And it might be the fact the UK appears to enforce food safety laws much more than the US...all the reports of bad food seem to come from there and it's neighbors.
I wouldn't hold it against KFC. When you cook meat there's always a chance that the "less desirable" elements of said meat will get in there.
But I'm a Canadian, so my first instinct isn't to sue everything. I'd just bring it to the attention of the restaurant. (Bring it in a baggie if you want to be the center of attention for a while)

NA and UK KFCs all have the same chance of this happening. A chicken brain isn't a health hazard anyway.

If I recall, after i found one in my chicken I looked it up, and it ended up either being intestines or part of the liver or something, which would make sense, given that the chickens are beheaded before any of the rest of the process happens, finding a brain in a thigh isn't likely.
