You do realise that most the meat is infact the brain, the neck, feet, etc. It is grinded up, chemicals and colouring added to make it look like the good chicken parts.

Seriously, you're over-reacting, it's not that gross and it almost certainly isn't the brain. It is more likely the chicken's small intestine. This sort of thing has happened before and it has been shown that the small intestine of a chicken looks like a brain and as such people tend to mix them up. There are no grounds for you to be upset because this part is a perfectly edible part of the chicken and is used in many things including gravy. You're making a massive deal over what is basically nothing.
