Sue them.
Also, Why does the box say PEK
PFK = Poulet Frit Kentucky
Seriously, you're over-reacting, it's not that gross and it almost certainly isn't the brain. It is more likely the chicken's small intestine. This sort of thing has happened before and it has been shown that the small intestine of a chicken looks like a brain and as such people tend to mix them up. There are no grounds for you to be upset because this part is a perfectly edible part of the chicken and is used in many things including gravy. You're making a massive deal over what is basically nothing.
Agreed, if you don't like it just pick it out.
Agreed, if you don't like it just pick it out.
So if I bought a car and there was a dead cow in the boot, fair enough, chuck it out, no problem?
brain is not part of the giblets, are you retarded?
Giblets are known as the offals of animals. Essentially just about everything in an animal aside from bone and muscle that is used in cooking. So, yeah, Giblets can include brain, also the anus testicles ovaries and stomach.
So, no sir, i am not retarded, if anything, your comment is reflecting irony.
nope. giblets don't even include the neck.

look it up
So if I bought a car and there was a dead cow in the boot, fair enough, chuck it out, no problem?
that is completely different.
cars =/= chicken
cow =/= natural part of a cow.
This man ate chicken and found a chicken brain in his meal. So your analogy would be better if it was like
"If i bought a car and found a half busted engine in the trunk i'd just take it out"
Throw it away. No need to be a heart surgeon.
nope. giblets don't even include the neck.

i did.

the edible viscera of a fowl
and if you still don't know
viscera = internal organ of the body (used commonly to refer to abdomen organs but does not solely mean abdomen organs
so giblets CAN include brain neck and stomach.
here's the keyword CAN
You've been beaten sir.
Any chance you were eating a thigh? I went through basic training so I haven't had KFC in quite a while.. but if anyone wants to try this.. go get a thigh. eat it like normal but one of the spots that has little meat on it is an area on.. the bottom (if you would normally start eating the top) and it looks like a spine almost.. Like vertebra. Well, if you look around there.. there's a piece of meat that looks EXACTLY like what he found. When I first found it.. I was like OMG MOM A BRAIN IN MY CHICKEN?!! (it was from a deli, but I've found it in every chicken thigh I've eaten from then on). It's kinda cool looking. It doesn't taste bad either. But it's still a bit gross. But I think that's just what you found.. so there's no need to worry really.

That's what it looks like. And there's no reason that person should've paniced either.. It's in every thigh. It's also a good way to gross friends out.
And with further research it turns out it's called the "Oyster", said to be the most tender part of dark meat chicken.
KFC: Everything but the beak!
Too bad ur not in the US. You could have sued em and claimed millions. Saying it has given you mental problems and fear of chickens and all chicken related food for the rest of your life.
edit: Wow... Can't believe i wrote fair instead of fear.
It is chicken brains I'm pretty sure. Re-batter it and deep fry it. they're good.
That's pretty fucked up, glad i've never had anything like that in my KFC.
Its a heart.
Eat it and gain the chicken's courage.
Wait... no... bad idea.
You can sue and get a nice settlement
Whats wrong with eating brain?
Well i wouldnt want to find it in my KFC when i ordered chicken filet but in many country's eating pork and cow brain is normal.
Tastes good actually, tough i would never order it for myself.
Isn't this sort of thing what people sue KFC and other restaurants for?
the wrinkles to me indicate definite brain tissue.

viscera is always in reference to the abdomen. you can't eviscerate a skull.
not to mention entrails are also specific to the abdominal region and digestion related organs
you're an idiot, sir.

he's seen a lot of fried brains in his time
I have emailed them 3 times now. No answer. I have called, but of course customer service doesn't work on the weekend :/
Well, atleast we know they use real chicken now.
For fucks sake people.
BIG FUCKING DEAL. He found a brain in his chicken. The brain is 100% edible and your already eating the actual chicken. If your american and celebrate thanksgiving, your gravy for the turkey is made out of turkey giblets which include it's intestine, heart, brain, and neck.
Alot of people buy chicken faggots, which is liver.
You people are babies "OMG A BWAIN EWWWWW"
So, what you're saying is, you wouldn't be surprised if you found a brain in your food?
It's not really the fact that a brain is in it, it's the fact you can see it. I eat this canned meat that I dip my crackers into which is told to be pig shit, does that stop me from eating it? No, because it's fucking good.
But if I were cutting up a chunk of ham or something, and saw a brain in it, I probably wouldn't eat the entire ham. Even though just about 99% of a pig is completely edible, seeing as it is the source of most breakfast meats, I'm not going to eat a noticeable brain. Not only would it feel really awkward picking it up and putting it into my mouth, just the thought "I'm eating a brain" makes me want to hurl.
I'm glad I don't eat KFC anymore.
I'll stick with nando's and home made bbq chickens cooked with a beer can up its ass :)
When chicken is cooked the kindney and other organs can get those fold things that make it look like a brain.
actual cooked chicken brain looks nothing like that.

I think those are kidneys if I'm not mistaken, i remember eating some and finding something like that when I was 10. My mom asked the manager what it was and that's what he told her.
Oh, that's all right then.
I mean KIDNEYS!
It's a lottery ticket.
Still waiting on that autopsy

Finally a man with some brains in this thread.
