Hell a town not far from where I live called Floyd is home to a hippy fest every year FloydFest and its nothing but 3 days of beer, weed, music, and FUN. The whole town is basicly one big hippy commune.
Personally I believe the ones in va who want it to be illegal are the NoVa and Costal places.
