It's easy to get hold of and even if you do get caught the most you will ever get is a warning, which you need 3 of to get sent to court ( in the UK). Also that herbal shit is usually more expensive than actual weed.

I don't mind the negative side effects. I've weighed up the pro's and con's and have decided that i am willing to take the negative side effects so i can get high. Why is this illegal for me to do so?

I was out the other night when the police came.. hadn't started smoking yet but was skinning up, luckily they didn't smell/see anything suspiscious so didn't even search. But yeah i know people who've been caught with large weights of weed (along with bags and scales) who have been taken to the station and just let off with a warning. This is the countryside though.
