Get some Fritos or similar corn chips dump some in a bowl put chili over it and then shredded cheese over that yep it's pretty good
Barbecue Chicken with mozzarella cheese on a toasted panini roll. It may not be minimal but it's nothing extravagant and it's a breeze to make. Sometimes I throw in some rocket, or salad if I'm feeling... Exotic
When I'm really stuck for something (I'm the only vegan in my house - so when there's nothing in, I have to get creative) I tend to put together some simple wraps - literally just: 1 teaspoon of olive oil 2 tablespoons of Chilli Sauce Veggies like peppers or carrots Some Red Onion Fry the Onion in the oil Add veggies and chilli sauce Cook through, stuff in a wrap :)
Toasted Cheese: Like grilled cheese, just done in a toaster. You need: 2x Thin slice of bread Any slice of cheese you like Put them in sandwich fashion and flatten to a single piece of bread thickness. Place in toaster and keep an eye on the cheese.
I just went artistic. So we ate some kind of pita bread wrapped around meat and vegetable stuff today. Skip forward 8 hours. Vegetable salad stuff is gone. Almost no meat left. I will explain what I did soon, but first I must name it. I call it the Batman Sandwich. Ingredients: -Pita bread -some meat -cheese Alright, cook the some meat. Grab a big frying pan or something and put the pita bread in it for a minute, turn it around and take it out after another minute. Grab the some meat once it's done, put some in it. Don't put too much in it though. Grab cheese. CUT, yes cut, a piece of cheese from it and put it in the pita bread. I took a 1x1cm piece almost as long as the pita bread. It will melt slowly, but not completely. Add some garlic aioli or whatever. Eat it. Tasty as hell. I don't know what came into me to make it, but I'm glad I did it. The cheese was kinda cold, while everything else was hot. The perfect combination.
Not sure how good this would be but I'm going to try it soon. Ingredients 2 pieces of bread 1-2 eggs butter/margarine and any seasoning you want Preparation 1. Butter each side of the bread slices. 2. Throw the bread on the frying pan once heated, then flip occasionally to get a golden buttery color. 3. Take toast off, throw eggs on. Prepare the eggs at your liking, you can throw the spices on with the eggs. 4. Take eggs off, then put them on your "fried bread" or "toast". 5. Throw any extra spices or toppings on if you wish. 6. Eat your Golden Fried Sandwich. OR if you are lazy, then just toast the bread in the toaster, then you got a normal egg sandwich.

Homemade potato chips. Using a Microwave! Take the potatoes and cut them very thinly. (Peeling them is optional) Lightly coat the slices with vegetable oil. (Can be down by shaking the slices in a bag with vegetable oil) Evenly place the slices on a dinner plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Put the plate into a microwave and set on high for 3-5 minutes or until they are light brown or crisp. You can salt them if you want. (Shaking them in a bag of salt or sprinkling them) Let them cool down first. There you go. Just make sure you let the plate cool down before you use it again.

-Get some triangle bread if you can from Costco IMG: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_PLVP5J3iLyo/TRtpFCcE7iI/AAAAAAAABwA/6yqykkzfOgk/s1600/DSCN1130.JPG -Put some margarine on the bread and put it in your toaster oven until it starts turning golden. -While it's toasting cut up some feta cheese in slices or however you like it to put on top right after you take it out so that you're not wasting time and your food won't be cold by the time you get to eat it. Put some salsa on top, preferable the garden fresh gourmet brand from Costco IMG: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_RNs-2pkgbvk/TTT4in7IBtI/AAAAAAAAAS0/O_UGGj0IN84/s1600/Pleasepassthemorals+094.jpg Good to go!
My mum taught me this one a while ago. Its a simple but very tasty dip. Pour a can of creamed corn into a bowl, keep adding sour cream and mixing until it's a creamy yellow colour. Taste amazing.

You will need: -bread -butter -bacon Carefully butter one piece of bread with a knife (be sure to not use a sharp one incase you cut yourself). When one side of the bread is covered in butter, place it butter-side-up on a plate. Do the same to another piece of bread, placing it beside the earlier piece of bread. Put three slices of bacon in a grill and cook at full heat until the top side of the bacon is a crispy pink. Turn the bacon over and wait for it to cook. Carefully place the bacon onto a piece of bread with butter facing upwards. Slowly lift up the remaining piece of buttered bread and gently place it ontop of the bacon, butter-side-down. You have successfully created a bacon sandwich.
Fried beans thing. You will need. Fried beans bacon Frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, whatever) Cheese 1. Cut bacon or any other meat up, cook it for a bit. 2. Add frozen vegetables, turn to medium heat and let them simmer for a bit. 3. Add in your beans, some ketchup and cheese. 4. Mix well, let it simmer for a bit. 5. If it gets too thick pour in some milk. Pour into a bowl and eat with french fries, or bread. Takes about 10 minutes and you can make 2 portions out of 1 can of baked beans easy.

I just found out how to make an awesome milk-shake. 1. Pour around 3 tablespoons of maple syrup into the blender. 2. Splash a bit of vanilla extract in. 3. Put in 3 scoops of vanilla ice-cream. 4. Pour in milk until it is level with the ice-cream. 5. Blend! That's enough for one glass.
