All of the characters are very funny and Mrs. White in particular has some amazing one-liners. This is the only one I have to recommend, seeing as everyone else has already recommended most of my favorite movies (this is like, my 3rd favorite movie). It's also fun trying to figure out who the killer is.

But nonetheless I recommend this film to any film lover. From some hit men all the way to a boxer, it's funny and also very entertaining with some classic quotes. L.A. Confidential [url]http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0119488/[/url] A movie based off some detectives back in the 50's, where there is much problems with the mob and the corrupt police force. It's a good movie if you like noir movies and such. I could list so many more, but those are some pretty good ones.

Those movies on the list are good, yes, but don't restrict yourself to just those of course. Here's a random few to keep you busy: This Is England Signs Gladiator Lost In Translation Grandma's Boy Terminator 1 & 2 (maybe even 3) Clerks 2 Fanboys (just came out, hilarious.) A Scanner Darkly Children Of Men Zack & Miri Make A Porno (quite funny, plus you can never go wrong with anything Kevin Smith, see Clerks 2.) Hard Core Logo. It's a road movie about a band, directed by Bruce McDonald, an awesome Canadian director.

Con Air is one helluva awesome movie.

Pearl Harbour tbh, although its not entirely about war, well it sorta is with the action scenes and that but has a love story behind it. Was also co-produced by Jerry Bruckheimer who helped produce the Pirates of the Caribbean films including 4th one coming, National Treasure films, the new Prince of Persia film and some CSI:NY episodes

Both BSG (the re-imagined series, not the original) and some of the Start Trek series are awesome shows; I would definitely give the new BSG a try, if nothing else. It's one of the best Sci-Fi shows I've ever seen. Brilliantly written and very good acting. Edit: Oh! and FIREFLY! Firefly is THE best TV show that I've ever seen.
